Uh ohhh... Peanut butter, panic time!
Carl Spackler replied to Proudiddy's topic in Charlotte Hornets
Oh Jesus here it comes already. He didn't make the All-Star team after one practice. Literally fug everyone who is upset about this with all the bags of dicks -
Idk how people can literally ignore this fact. His defense was solid but he made it to where the other team could double any of our other four guys on offense because Biz turned games into 5-on-4 when we had the ball.
-
Yep. People get emotionally attached to these guys, overrate them wildly and cry their eyes out when they realize they value them much more than league GMs do. But by all means, grab your new Clippers "Biyombo" jersey, plan for him to average 10-14-3 next year and then blame Doc Rivers and Ballmer when he averages 8 minutes a game and doesn't crack 40 points for the season.
-
Honestly so many are overrating the guy like he's Bill Russell. I'd rather have him on the roster for defense, but hell. He's not. Time to get the hell over it and see which bigs can be ours for the future.

Can't wait til Biz is an All-Star next year, averages 23/10 and is in the running for MVP

Now you're mistaking him with Bill Brasky. -

Overrating him. Biz is a very solid defensive player who is short. If he were elite, he'd be All-Defensive Team material. -

It always amuses me how people want to give up on some guys really quick but give Biz 15 years to become serviceable. -
Coming to terms with the Frank Kaminsky pick...

It's completely ignorant to pretend that is meaningless. -

Basically our fans hate white players and compare every one we've ever had to the worst ones we never had. -

Cody and Frank could be the future C/PF combination. Hawes is a likely trade piece once he mentors Frank some. -

I really need Lamb or Batum to pan out and be here long term.

I feel like I like Jeremy Lamb less than I should.

Will Hornets make trade on Draft night if so what kind?
Carl Spackler replied to yeswecam's topic in Charlotte Hornets
I'll be disappointed when we don't end up with Kaminsky or WCS. -

Panthers Wide Receiver Depth Chart - OTA Week 2

I'm in the camp that Bersin as a reserve WR = totally acceptable. Bersin as a PR = God-awful. He won't be needed as a PR this year, only as a WR, and if he earns his spot in camp, he deserves it like anyone else.- 107 replies
