I think he understands what Thielen is/should be at this stage in his career and that's a complementary piece to the offense. Instead, he is the only WR on the team who runs good routes and that Bryce completely trusts, so he's getting the lion's share of targets when that shouldn't be the case. As great as Thielen has been, I can't say I disagree with the analysis at all.

Chuba has been good, but I don't see him as an every-down back. He needs to be used in a rotation and needs better running lanes than he's getting from our turnstile of an O-line. Still need to address the position to build a better RB committee. Sanders was an absolute waste of a signing. One of the worst I can remember in recent history.

Good news, though it should have happened earlier. Frank needs to be the CEO coach type and lean on his very qualified coordinators to do their jobs. Should have been this way from the beginning.

I don’t think he needs a generational OC, I just think he needs a competent one (ie not Frank) and some more weapons. Also if our Oline could get their head out of their asses, that would help tremendously.

Drafting acumen from our GM. Getting a new one would be a great start.

Thielen will make a fantastic WR 2 for us. Still need a stud WR 1.

It's apparent by this that you didn't watch the full thing before commenting lol. He criticized offensive scheme, route running, Oline play and Bryce.

Let's be honest, the Bears are fuging terrible as an organization. I wouldn't blame Caleb Williams for going back to school if they have the top pick. (Not saying the Panthers org is any better btw)

His first step should be hiring a President of Football Operations to make all football-related decisions and is the main source of hiring/firing decisions. He should remove himself from the equation nearly entirely. Step two would be to get rid of Fitterer, who has shown little draft acumen and has made some questionable deals. Third step is to get rid of Frank after the season if he doesn't make the playoffs (lol) and promote Evero to the spot if the PFO agrees. That would be an excellent start in fixing this disaster.

Evero is going to get HC looks in the near future. Why not get ahead of the line with him? Also I thought when Brown called plays in preseason, we looked much more explosive. Get Frank out of here and get both of these men the opportunity they deserve. I don't think we'd regret it.

Hard to judge him with the play calling, turnstile at LT and lack of any real weapons. Our best WR is Adam fuging Thielen. We haven’t had a good TE since 2016. Oh and the RB we signed has happy feet and has no vision. Other than that he’s in a great spot…

If I trusted our draft acumen, I’d say deal him immediately. I’m not so sure we’d get any meaningful talent in return…

Fire Reich, sit Bryce for the rest of the season so he doesn’t get murdered by this atrocious Oline and skill position group. Hire a real GM and draft/sign quality OL in the off-season. Maybe then we can go 7-10. Yay!
