And if you don’t feel comfortable with Bryce running a sneak, then have a back or a tight end handle the snap and get it done. Pathetic we can’t even call the play because we don’t have any faith in the execution. Hell, sign Cam off the street to run it.

If you can’t trust your QB to pick up a yard on a QB sneak, you don’t have a QB at all. A single yard and we are forced to run some predictable BS up the middle because Bryce’s max squat is 135.

Apologies if I missed it somewhere, but can anyone shed some light on the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty we got hit with during the Derrick Brown strip sack? They never alluded to what happened on the broadcast or showed any replays other than it occurring on the sideline.

If you have a QB you can’t trust to pick up a yard with a sneak, you don’t have a QB in this league. We see teams all over the league having success in 1-2 yard situations with the QBs on crucial down and distance. We can’t even attempt it with Bryce. Purdy had numerous first downs tonight on short yardage. Hurts has made a living on the goal line. We have horrid success on the goal line and can’t even consider running the quarterback for a yard. Big yikes.

Add Ryan Fitzgerald to the list of guys I am not sold on.

For being touted coming out of college as a CB that can tackle, Jaycee sure does whiff a lot. Feel like I see him miss tackles in run support every week which is concerning for a corner with his size as that tells me it’s a pure effort thing. For being a leader on this team being paid as he is, he needs to clean that up.
