Lance is a massive bust and getting a 3rd rounder for him now is like hitting the lottery. No one is , nor should they be trading for him.

Mayers production in college was remarkable. He is probably the safest pick in the draft. He is going to be really good. This offense would be so much better with him IMO

If we ended up with a possible franchise QB and Mayer in a move up I would be overwhelmed with joy. Hell yes on that.

I like Steve Wilks. I really don’t think this is going to end up with him as the hire if Sean Payton wants this job. Payton can build a pro staff quickly with his experience and he probably removes a lot of guess work for Tepper. For those thinking Payton is pulling some Saints loyalist hose job don’t understand his ego. He would come here to win a championship. He will reveal in beating everyone in this division…mostly the Saints.

Here is another very weird thought. What if this infection has already happened to humans and scientists know we can’t stop it. The fungus would want to reproduce first by having the host to grow hair as much as possible and give itself more opportunities to spread. Like growing more beards…longer hair etc. Human brain takeover would be very slow but inevitable No question that humans have eaten ants infected with these spores. LOL…having fun tonight…

You know the science behind the concept for this video game/show is fantastic stuff. This about a Fungus that takes over its host. The blood of the host has to be at a certain temperature for the fungus to survive and thrive. At a cellular level the fungus somehow will control the host but keep it alive, even avoiding brain function as long as possible as to spread the fungus spores to infect other organisms. Mayer is a really good TE…was dominant last season. He isn’t an amazing blocker and he isn’t an amazing receiver. Above average in both IMO at the NFL level but there a lot of really good TEs in this draft. Our late second rounder should bring a good player that is better than anything we have. Not going to hype Mayer but he is about as safe a pick as there is…he will be good. Brock Bowers is a great TE. He is special IMO. He should go really high next year.
