Former Panther (Tuttle) finds new home
Waldo replied to Leeroy Jenkins Ph.D.'s topic in Carolina Panthers
https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/T/TuttSh00.htm Looks like the only time he was booked as NT was in '24 according to them. Whatever the case ends up being, he is a crap true 3-4 NT. -

If played in his correct position he should be a solid backup for them. Good for him. -

Better options around him too. Another Evero guy...like asking what's wrong with Scott... -

BREAKING: Panthers release official depth chart

Yup. Then again seeing their work I keep asking myself 'does it even matter?'. It will just be PFF doing the drafting again anyways and then there is the owner's hands to worry about when talking QBs and franchise faces. Im just going to enjoy laughing at the current mess and save any hope for this franchise to finally fall backwards into any kind of meaningful success next year. -

2 years and I can't see any meaningful improvements. It's not Frittershitz bad but it's not close to good. I can only hope Scott and Evero don't even make it that long. -
BREAKING: Panthers release official depth chart

Evero is an idiot and I think he must love him some trash players. Whatever, they all deserve to get fired for thinking that was building up a roster yet again. Just spinning wheels going nowhere. -
They just traded Pickett which is a more capable than aged Dalton at this point, you know the bat being so incredibly low. Naw, going to keep making fun of Dalton since he will have to play at some point and it will be funny as hell to me.
-
You mean a should be retired #2 and raiding other team's cast offs for a PS guy isn't the same as drafting 2 guys in one year while having other guys who could be our #2 without breaking a sweat isn’t the same thing? It's embarrassing seeing the Broens be better run....then again after the Watson fiasco they needed some get right.
-
Should have just made a RB #2 QB from that list...
-
His arm this year looks worse. Lol I agree after 1 game he has been washed but he just looked dead in the preseason to me. He should be coaching at this point, not wearing a jersey. Having a backup that can't backup well is pretty dumb IMO. Young or just younger would be fine. Going more upside with less proven has it's downside but anything more than Dalton taking up space would be a huge improvement.
-
2 years in a row playing his game of 50+ passes in the 1st game and he fell off. Thems facts.
-
See that's where I disagree, he doesn't give much of a shot to win a game. As a backup, even with a much lower expectations, I don't think he can do more than hand off and dump off at this point. That's pretty bad, not Hooker as #2 bad but it sure looks bad.
-
What does he bring to the table at this point beyond presnap reading and handing off? His arm is obviously tired.
-
Meh Dalton looks washed. He was good for at least 1 entertaining game a year but Im not sure he even has one of those left at this point. His game style and old age hasn't been a good combo IMO. Not going to compare him to Hooker because Hooker is another longshot to ever be worth a #2 spot. At least he isn't Plummer I guess. Young better stay healthy or they could go backwards in wins with those 2 options this year.
-
The one WR which has done anything meaningful in games goes down lol And freaking Moore out there just wasting yet another roster spot.
-
He got overpayed for cleanup tackles on a crap D. That's like giving Wallace that kind of deal IMO.
-
I was just talking about having 1 safety on thr field that is worth playing
-
Sign him and just admit Moehrig stinks
-
Especially after last year.
-
Keeping Dalton and then shiping off AT with that WR room is just backwards IMO. As for throwing Young to the wolves, well that was happening anyways. There just aren't any more excuses that can be made there. Then there is building around Evero which was an extreamly stupid approach this year. I know people here try to project a switch to 4-3 but that's just cope to me. He has showed mostly meh with bad outweighing any good. Loved the player but he isn't very good as a GM.

Observer Projections / *Updated Panthers Waiver Additions
Waldo replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
Amen. What will it take is the question. If it can happen in SF then there is always hope he will get tired of being an embarrassment.
