We are seeking information regarding your experience.” He basically put out at ad saying, “there’s a rumor that Stevesmithtd89 sucks at his job and kills people. If you have proof, call us.” Thats pretty defamatory.

That particular doc was a motion to dismiss the suit. The motion was filed by Buzzbee. The motion was denied. The judge found that Buzbee was using the billboards for commercial gain (vs free speech) so he was allowed to be sued for defamation. The trial court's order denying the motion to dismiss is affirmed. March 9, 2021

It’s funny how people love the Seahawks model. They were utter trash before they lucked into Wilson and that one good draft. I don’t want a stupid meddling owner, but I want one that cares. You watch, Jody Snyder is going to let Pete’s ego run Russell off and that will be it for that team for a long time....and she won’t care.

I like Zach but I’m not convinced he’s better than Trevor. This seems like a bunch of people who missed on Mahomes trying to get cute and get credit for predicting the next ‘it’ guy. In fact, this feels like what happened to Watson. He was so well known that people started overthinking it. Before you knew it, Watson had fallen to #12 in the draft.

The Seahawks are now run by Paul Allen’s sister. She inherited the team. By all accounts she isn’t a huge sports fan despite owning the Seahawks and trailblazers. She basically uses those teams to fuel her charity foundation. We’ll see how things go when Russell isn’t there anymore. The Seahawks sucked for a long time. Paul was pretty hands off too.. btw. It always sounded like he preferred basketball.

I remember him saying that, but that obviously didn’t stop Rhule from switching back. Tepper also said he is not going to be making player decisions. Most owners have some voice in their org. It’s normal. I don’t see any signs from Tep that he is a Snyder, Jones, McNair, Richardson level meddler. If he stoops to that level, then he deserves the criticism. Let’s not forget. Despite his media silence, Richardson made Hurn give old fan favorites big contracts, and wouldn’t have drafted Cam if cam had any tattoos. The guy was heavily involved in many of those decisions. I know Christian and Cam told stories of meeting him 1 on 1 in his home prior to the draft to get his ‘approval’.

I’d rather take a risk at improving this team long term than roll with a feel good “low risk” cam that guarantees us a 5 win season. Cam is never winning anyone a championship. That’s the bottom line and why he is a waste of time.

If you couldn’t see how labored his throwing was last season, I can’t help you. Recent leaks out of NE are saying Bill loves Cam but has serious concerns with his arm strength.

Cam was benched multiple times last year and had more interceptions than TDs. That’s not a “franchise QB”. He’s only staying with NE because they don’t have any other options. Kinda like us and TB. Cam was not it and won’t be again. Us trying something new (even if it didn’t work out) was the right call.
