    Do you guys not remember the pre season games? The team was sleepwalking and looked poorly coached. Zero energy. Even the guys fighting for a roster spot. Whatever was wrong, it was wrong before the season began.

    Brady will bring ratings due to novelty. I can’t see him doing this year in and year out though.

    It looks like the HC hire is all Morgan. If so, we need this staff to work out. If it does, Tepper will have learned the correct lesson. If it doesn’t, he’s going to go back to what he was doing.….if he has actually gone more hands off.

    Sheila seems far more humble and far less pushy than Tepper. Thats probably the key difference. She can sit in on all FA scouting meetings, give her opinion, and be fine if they do something different. Tepper seems like he really pushes his preferences and opinions.

    The difference is she’s smarter than Tepper. She’s still heavily involved. Lions fans were furious about her involvement at first. So much so Dan Campbell had to come out and defend her. Now they’re ok with it and sing her praises. Winning fixes everything.

    You guys are looking at the wrong owner if you want an example of someone who is not involved. She’s just as involved as Tepper. She’s just clearly smarter. But she’s sitting in on draft meetings giving her opinion, she’s front and center in the draft room, her office is in the team training facility, she goes to practices, all of it.
