This. I’d rather see some shots down the field than the tentative guy I’ve seen the first 11 weeks. Some of those play calls came at the wrong time and that’s not his fault either. I’m far from a Bryce apologist. Just being objective.

I’ve watched him throw into tight windows and the receiver flat out lets the ball hit them in the chest and fall to the ground. He hasn’t been perfect but he’s using his legs now and making difficult passes that should be caught.

I have been raking Young over the coals but he’s actually decent today. No one can win with how these chumps are playing today.

Yeah I said the same of CMC just because I knew we wouldn’t get the value on our end. Now he’s trending toward 2 completely healthy seasons and an MVP bid this year. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a ring this year either.

It’s just a bad look with the timing when all everyone is talking about is your contract and then as the talk dies down so does your production. I don’t consider it a coincidence. I feel like he told himself he’s going to make Fitt feel it until he caves for a new contract and when Fitt didn’t buy his bluff he was content with taking his franchise tag and moving onto a new scene in 2025. But that’s just my tinfoil hat logic.

That’s fair. If they fall then that’s our top priority. If not then idk how anyone would argue against O-line either. We don’t seem to have much success drafting edge rushers in the second so I wouldn't waste a pick there.

We need a pass catching TE that can also mitigate some pressure when asked to block. Every successful team in the modern NFL has one of these it seems.
