What I dont get is the OL, CMC, and running game are doing "fine"/"enough". Moore and ANderson are pros in their prime with 1k seasons. Batted down Bakers has been here 3 months, it's no longer an excuse. Maccdoo is this - 1. CMC drive 2. screen pass thats either -4 or 2 yards 3. Pass to Ian Thomas and its 50/50 he catches it 4.???Profit???pray???fluke???

right now Im 50/50 on this......I did like how both drafts went, even though each was totally different. His first FA was hella bad and still is. Much better 2nd FA haul after morgan came abroad. One deal, maybe the biggest is who he'd have in mind.......that would be very telling. I forget the year,(cause Brady has been playing soo long). But there was a playoff game and Pats just signed a couple street WRs and Brady went off.....I was soooo pissed. I think it was around 2012ish, his WR corps was street FAs, scrubs, and PS signees and HE made them looked like they been playing at a high level for the whole yr.... It did help big time that gonk came with him, OJ had no juice(glad panthers passed on him)...

If you waste the picks, then its much better to use them for a proven QB. Just if you hit on picks, its the golden goose......great control player for cheap, its the best way to built a team.....just got to hit on them and thats the issue. You could look at recent panthers draft and would you trade - Horn, Brown, Ickey, TMJ(lols), Taylor, Tremble, and BSmith for lamar.....PLUS paying him 55+ sucking up cap space.....man its a tough sale for me, but I could be talked into it.....

Yucs were truly a QB away, but they also didnt have to trade for Brady either. Plus while Lamar is superman and all, but he cannot do what Brady does. Lamar does loads of carrying the ravens tho....

Jimmy was right, I never called Lamar bad or hes some RB larping as a QB. My hill was he was driving WRs away. You cannot win a modern MVP without being elite.

O I forgot to say how much I enjoy watching Williams play in my first post. Just for Mitchs NFL benefit, he should have played much earlier. I thought Williams could be on a PS and maybe even pull a PJ walker to a degree. He normally made the smart play, weird he didnt have NFL chops..
