  1. I don't think we do. He was in several shootouts in college. Think of how Brees mastered that New Orleans' offense. I could see something like that as a ceiling for Young.
  2. I was curious. Thank you for satisfying my curiosity.
  3. As a passer I only see 28 TDs and 15 INTs with 56% completions against some pretty bad competition in 2016 and then he regressed even worse his final year... I know he probably wasn't working with much either. Personally I'd prefer the one with fewer games that showed some raw potential than the one with more who regressed and still looks raw. I get there is more too look at, but what you are looking at isn't very polished yet. -This is probably better served on another thread though. AR isn't our furture QB, Bryce Young is and I'm excited to see how he can elevate our offense!
  4. Allen looked pretty damn raw as a passer. More film while still looking equally raw is probably a bad thing IMO.
  5. Richardson in regards to Allen. Hurts was pretty far along as a passer and honestly not that raw in college.
  6. Can we get a brief summary? Also what are you hearing on your end? Done deal or not?
  7. He will give a BS answer "We are comfortable with the feedback we received from teams as to where Young will be picked and didn't want to waste anyone else's time." You know the usual...
  8. Feels weird to type that after having Rhule as our HC doesn't it?
  9. I'm not even going to pretend like I know what I'm talking about in this topic. Just assumed steak builds muscle quicker than scallops. It was mostly satire anyway.
  10. Make him stop eating scallops and salad and move on to steak and potatoes!
  11. He was the top dual threat QB coming out of HS right? I think I saw he was running a 4.5 then so who knows where he is at now or if it even matters. I still think if he has an open lane in the NFL he could take it. Just like Stroud will have to learn how to play outside of the pocket, Young will be learning to make quicker decisions and taking what the defense will give him which could include some runs (especially along the sideline like Mahomes does).
  12. Listening to offers doesn't mean they will accept any before draft day. It's good to have an idea of what you want to do based on what happens in the draft. For example if Young is drafted at 1 we can trade with the Colts for their first next year because of previous conversations. Again I don't think it's happening but simply explaining a scenario where it could.
  13. Man you are really losing it. WTF are you even talking about at this point? We are more than likely drafting the QB you didn't want. You also wanted us to draft Trask, Strong, and think Corral is the answer. Maybe it's a good thing they aren't picking "your guy" based on the data of the Huddle. Get over it.
  14. I think he is the pick at one. There could be an argument that the Texans told him he won't make it past 2. They are only trading 2 if Young isn't there for example. So they are listening to offers as all arrows are pointing to us drafting him at 1. It makes sense but it just isn't likely at this point.
  15. This made me lol. Just imagining Stroud/Levis walking in with Young chilling with the Teppers lol.
  16. You are breaking my man. Relax and enjoy the show.
  17. https://www.on3.com/college/alabama-crimson-tide/news/bryce-young-responds-georgia-players-calling-him-gingerbread-man-alabama-national-championship/ UGA called him the Gingerbread Man because they couldn’t catch him lol
  18. I’m just glad we are getting 1 of the big 3. I preferred Stroud, but was nervous about passing on Young. He seems to have that “it” factor.
