  1. It needs to be matte black, but these are still an upgrade over sparkly silver.
  2. Damn your logical thinking. Nobody has time for that!
  3. The Bucs offense has been poo without Arians. No thanks on Leftwich.
  4. Cam was a bit of a question mark in his class. Everyone wanted Luck and got let down when he went back to Stanford his final year. There was a real debate for Cam vs Gabbert vs Lock (who was projected as the top pick his prior year until returning and dropping slightly). Cam averaged slightly over 200 passing yards a game to some pretty open targets due to the fact he could run over them at any time. I remember scouts being unsure if he could develop as an NFL passer.
  5. Did someone say black helmets! Think of how good Stroud/Young is going to look in those bad boys…
  6. He is one of the smartest QBs that has has come out in a while. The size scares me, but I would be exited if we staged him!
  7. USC had quite a few busts as well… Leinart, Sanchez, Darnold, Barkley, Kessler, Cassel. Palmer was their only decent one. It’s why you can’t judge by schools.
  8. Yeah he was chosen in the 3rd round. That's what we gave up for CJ Henderson. You think FAs aren't chosen as well? Hell they are more expensive than a third round draft pick. I like Corral, but you are hyping him up like we spent a top 10 pick on the guy....
  9. https://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/advanced-stats-wr.php Evans has 4 drops which puts him in a class with Davante Adams, CeeDee Lamb, Tyreek Hill, and less than Deebo, Chase, Cooper, Metcalf, Waddle, and AJ Brown. I mean Tua has two different WRs with equal or more drops and he is doing just fine.
  10. Nice job with the research/analysis. I'd prefer the trade for flexibility until we land our QB. Using one or more of those picks to move up and possibly select a franchise QB is really hard to quantify IMO.
  11. Brady's team is terrible? poo, give Lamar Mike Evans, Julio Jones, Chris Godwin, Leonard Fournette, Tristan Wirfs, Vita Vea, Devin White, Lavonte David, and Antoine Winfield Jr..... They are missing Gronk and a few OL form their loaded Super Bowl team.
  12. We saw what Stafford can do without talent around him and it's much less than Lamar. Herbert can't even get into the playoffs and Cousins has a reputation for choking in prime time. What does no rape Russ mean?? Watson hasn't played football in like 2 years. So Mahomes is a no brainer. You could argue the rest (especially since Brady isn't playing next year. I forgot about that...). Now throw in the fact he is only 24 years old and man it is definitely appealing, but I think the Ravens will ultimately pay for him to stay.
  13. Lamar on a loaded Rams team would be interesting as hell! Let's see Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady (it's hard NOT to pick Brady, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen... I'd probably have Lamar at 5ish maybe Herbert (but what has Herbert really done)? I know I'm leaving out Rodgers, but something seems off with him this year, and I'm not sure if his head is in it. Who do you have?
  14. It's hard to really gage how good he is because of the talent thing, I agree. He is however putting up some crazy numbers even with that talent. Last week he was playing in a storm so he had to use his legs to help pull out that win and he was willing to get dirty and do it. I see a guy with a ton of arm talent and a good demeanor when it comes to coachability. He is a team player and will try to do what it takes to win (he was running in front of his RB when he broke off that big run last week). I'll take a coachable Jameis Winston all day. Jameis's issues were mostly mental, he was showing up out of shape and isn't 100% checked into the game IMO. Put his arm talent on a young, coachable man like Stroud and you might have something. It's still early in the season and there will be some big games left for some of these guys to step up. Stroud is just my top choice at the moment. He has everything you want physically in a QB, plus the stats to show he can play the position (with talent or not), and seems to have the team first mentality that will help in the development/coaching of him early in his career.
  15. Anderson and Burns together would be the new Reddick/Burns. Great at pass rushing, but teams will run over us...
  16. Lamar flew under the radar a little in college. I didn't think he could do what he is doing on this level. This year I like Stroud (who isn't a runner), Young (size concerns scare me), then Levis/Richardson as project QBs with high ceilings, Penix has some potential, but more as the left handed gun slinger. What's your solution to our QB issue?
  17. I like them to be able to make a play even when the OL breaks down. Burrow is pretty good at that and I wouldn't say he has a ton of "style" points, younger Rogers was also good at this. You are just too caught up in Super Bowl wins when that is without a doubt a TEAM effort and usually requires a solid HC as well. Look no further than Stafford with Detroit (how many playoff games did he win there?). Give that good QB and great team and solid HC and BOOM Super Bowl.
