  1. That’s takes away the whole point. I’m just saying it’s a way to create a change without our young QB having to learn a whole new offense again…
  2. He ran a Pro Offense? It’s literally been ran before when he was in the NFL…
  3. Also, yes this is rock bottom. Last place in the league with no first round pick. It's unheard of how bad that is. Someone has to be accountable and it's probably Fitt...
  4. Unfortunately she isn't wrong. Do you want Young to have to learn a whole new offense in year 2 which is hard on a rookie, keep running Reich's dated offense, or run the offense he already knows from Alabama? O'Brien would make for an easy transition, familiarity, and he is a decent OC. Just don't let him have roster control. The question is would Reich let O'Brien handle the offense without stepping in at all?
  5. Sanders sounds like a Reich guy since he played for the Eagles. I think Staley hyped him up this offseason which has shown to be inaccurate.
  6. I agree but some people think they might ship him for picks due to salary cap issues. IMO they would be better off trading Deebo now that they have CMC, but who knows. https://www.nbcsportsbayarea.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/espn-predicts-brandon-aiyuk-trade/1668555/?amp=1
  7. I want us to either trade for Aiyuk or sign Hollywood Brown this offseason. If we can sign Hollywood we should also draft a weapon early. Hollywood, AT, Tez (or another rookie), plus 2nd year Mingo is s solid group for Young to work with. Mingo can become our slot when AT is done.
  8. I see people claiming they are better than what we have (which is the worst in the league). Greatest show on Earth sounds like someone trying over exaggerate a point being made to dismiss it. We have the worst weapons in the league and our OL is in a scheme that’s ruining it. Anyone with eyes can see this. Regardless Stroud should have been the top pick and he is absolutely crushing it in Houston. Both things can be true.
  9. I was surprised to hear we were inquiring about Young, Sweat, Higgins, and Adams before the trade deadline. I thought Fitt would be cut off by now.
  10. Yeah with Lovie Smith they struggled. They clearly have some talent and Ryans is looking to be a legit HC which several people on here saw coming just not this quickly.
  11. There is some middle ground here. The Houston offense in functioning way better than ours. They have speed at WR a solid TE and an OL that is blocking better that ours. Watching Houston’s offense vs ours is a huge difference. Their OC is doing a great job and Stroud is taking them to the next level. Both things can be true. Stroud is elevating them and they are a much more competent unit than ours. We are trying to force our power running OL into a dancing bears, finesse zone blocking unit, playing a rookie WR who is probably a slot at this level on the outside because our only decent player on offense is a 32 year old WR who had to move to slot because he lost a step. Seriously who on our offense would you absolutely want to retain for our future?
  12. We can admit we missed on Stroud but still be open minded about Young. Stroud is taking the league by storm and we are a complete mess. Hopefully we can get a competent offense going so we can give Young a fair chance before moving on from him. We are officially at the bottom now with the Cards winning so no where to go but up… Well after the Cowboys game which could be very ugly.
  13. Nah man you do you. As long as the clowns are consenting love is love.
  14. Stroud is better than any rookie QB we have seen so far to be fair. We overthought it and missed on something special. Just think our OL could be playing the same scheme in was in last year with Stroud under center as well…
  15. A good NFL QB. There now go check out some more clown photos.
  16. I have Herbert in for Tua and it’s paying off nicely.
  17. I think it will take Reich truly stepping away from the offense and letting an OC create and run an offense centered around our players strengths. I’m not sure is Brown is that guy. He is still young but his play calling has been worse than Reich’s (and I was very high on Brown this offseason). As dumb as it sounds having O’Brien come in next year and create that Alabama offense for Young to run might be the simplest solution. We made a terrible trade and picked the wrong QB, but I’m with you in thinking Young can develop into a good QB. This offseason will be all about building an offense around him to see what he can do.
  18. They might be which is weird they were competitive last year?
  19. Who has the Giants RB? Pollard is going to cook us plus they will have a lead just just be handing it off on cruise control.
  20. If his team gets to the playoffs he is tracking to be in the league MVP conversation. That’s insane for a rookie QB.
  21. The guy shouldn’t have tried to return that INT. There was no time left. Just take a knee.
  22. Looks like Levis had a Bryce day. Constant pressure with just over 5 yards per attempt. We have to fix this OL issue…
  23. Yeah kind of sad. He had some arm talent but the NFL is just a different animal.
