It takes good solid contact to successfully block a defender. I don’t know how much of a difference an inch or half of inch would make versus foot movement and balance.

Horn, Marshall, Tremble, Brown, and Christensen might all be starting by year end with Nixon possibly developing into a solid rotational player. I’d look out for Shi Smith on special teams and some gadget plays. Of course our LS should get playing time...

If you want to give him credit for the Seahawks drafts (which it totally wasn’t him) then give him Sherman, Chancellor, Thomas, Wagner, and Russ (several of which were mid to late round picks).

Yeah I wasn’t the biggest fan of his, but he moves very well. I would say he scrambles as well as Rodgers who is considered mobile.

Any reason? He seemed to lock down whoever he was assigned to...

I don’t see anyone getting Watson this year unless something groundbreaking happens with those legal issues....

It’s hard to tell, especially with players not playing/playing only a few games last year. I think JT Daniels will have a good season. Schools will also have new starters to replace Lawrence, Fields, Trask etc... Slovis at USC has some potential as well.

I would think he is free to come and go as a scout as needed. He probably researched some players, gave his input, and then called it a season (back to fishing). I’m sure he will be welcomed back next year.

I mean if we hit on Christensen we could walk away with a CB1, WR2, TE/FB, LT, OG, and possibly DT (in a year or two) as starters with another slot WR and depth CB. Obviously it’s way too early, but there is a lot to like!

CMC runs some nasty routes for a RB. It always amazes me. Let’s get Marshall and Shi Smith out there with them! Getting pumped about the season!

I think he did great. He let his staff know who he liked, but ultimately let them make the call. If he was right and they were wrong, they might have a very short leash...

If he turns out to be a decent LT we may have crushed this draft! I’m excited about Brown and Tremble plowing people over for CMC!!

Lance ended up in a great spot. Can sit behind Jimmy G until he is ready or Jimmy gets hurt. He will have a solid line, defense and running game along with a big target in Kittle. Throw all of this in with what might be the best offensive mind in the game and he should reach his potential IMO.

I liked Peyton Ramsey in college. He was a tough smart player. Not sure if he has the arm talent for the NFL, but I’m glad we are giving him a shot.

Well at least our staff isn’t alone in thinking highly of him. That’s definitely reassuring. We also have a solid unit around him, so we will know our answer sooner vs later...

He has a terrible 2020 season with no help, we all know this. 2019, still with no help, he had a better rating than Baker.
