  1. Sweet, looking like another week, another bet I win betting against the Panthers
  2. Believe me when I say Vegas wants us to cover. I think like 90% of the bets are on the cowboys. It will be a bloodbath for Vegas if the Panthers cover
  3. Only fitting that we are having arguably our best running game of the year and our QB can't even throw for 50 yards...
  4. Marginally better... You do realize that Bryce has pretty much single-handedly lost us 2, possibly 3 games (Falcons, Colts, possibly Vikings and Bears). As in, had we kneeled or punted the ball the entire game, we may have won. Again, Dalton isn't good, but he looked light years better than Bryce his one game. And the types of mistakes Bryce are making is very worrisome combined with the fact that he has shown very few wow plays the entire season.
  5. Because Dalton is actually capable of throwing the ball 20 yards...
  6. He still had 20 points (and he was pretty much responsible for every yard of all of those scoring drives) and didn't turn the ball over once with 58 throws, which is truly impressive. If we give Bryce 58 throws in a game, he would likely be throwing at least 2-3 INTs in the game. But let's be real, no way Bryce is getting 58 throws in a game because that would involve him actually completing a string of passes that aren't to the other team. Bryce has a QBR of 33.2 on the season, which is worse than every QB (yes, we are talking Ridder, both Wilsons, Pickett, Mac Jones, Daniel Jones, and I'm sure I am missing some other terrible QBs). In that 1 game, Dalton got a QBR of 54.6. Bryce has managed to get a QBR over that 1 time out of 8, and it was against arguably the worst pass defense in the NFL in the Bears. I honestly don't understand how people think our passing offense didn't look light years better in that Seattle game than any other game we have had on offense this year. I feel like our banged up defense has outscored or nearly outscored our offense in half of Bryce's games this year.
  7. He honestly should have continued to start after the Seahawks game until he fell off before going back to Bryce. And by no means am I saying Dalton would have been some kind of savior or is a good QB, but the passing offense looked its most competent far and away in that game. Even with the insane 58 pass attempts in the game because we had zilcho run game, he still only got sacked 3 times (with an even worse current oline that we all say is the worst oline in the history of football). He seems to be a good fit for Reich's system, since his arm strength isn't great but does seem to get the ball out quick. I'm honestly curious if Reich would want to start Dalton or if Tepper said Bryce will start every game this year (if healthy) no matter what. Everybody keeps saying Bryce needs reps!! Yada...yada...yada.... Are these reps even helping him? The dude has poor mechanics in the pocket, only seems to be capable of strong accurate throws that are 10 yards or less, takes too long to process what to do when the 1st receiver isn't open, and stares down his receivers more than a QB should. Yes, our offensive talent sucks - and that may be even more reason to let him sit this year, watch Dalton, and learn from what Dalton does well in games. Get him in the weight room, let him bulk up some, and then let him loose year 2. Mahomes didn't play his first season, and that may have been the best thing the Chiefs could have done - don't rush him out there, let him watch Alex Smith, learn the playbook, etc.
  8. Doubt he cares. Teppe is a giant cuck and honesly it wouldn't surprise me if he enjoys being humiliated like that
  9. You seriously throwing Minnesota and Miami in there acting like Bryce was the reason we scored those points? Bryce had like half a good quarter because the Miami defense was asleep (not to mention the run game was actually effective for once and forced the defense to have to be wary of it) and then did nothing the rest of the game. In the Vikings game, we had a pick 6 that was over half of the points we scored in the game + Bryce had a terrible fumble that gave the Vikings a TD. The defense (14) almost outscored the offense (20) in those 2 games. I promise you if Bryce was starting @ Seattle, we lose that game by easily 3+ TDs (and honestly probably by like 30) with how awful the defense was in the game. Meanwhile, Dalton threw for almost 400 yards (without Corbett even being healthy) with Andy Dalton almost being our leading rusher that game and our defense giving up what felt like a billion yards. If the Seattle RZ offense weren't poo that game, we are talking about them scoring 50 to 60 points against us... I don't see how Dalton's game is anything like the Vikings and Dolphins game, outside of our defense actually scoring points for us... If you want to keep giving Bryce reps because we feel like that will somehow magically make him better in the future, fine. Saying there was only a small drop off in offense between Bryce's last 2 games with Reice calling plays and Dalton's is just beyond stupid... Edit: And I mixed up the Vikings game with the Lions game. We literally had 7 points against the Detroit starters and were getting beat so badly they had their 3rd string in by the 4th Q... So sure, if we are proud of Bryce beating up on a 3rd string defense and getting 14 points in the 4th, I guess we should be happy
  10. Yeah, but it lets us know if it is more of a Bryce problem as to why we only have 1 win or if it truly is 100% on the Oline and receivers. If Dalton were to play the rest of the year and go 3-5 or 4-4, I think that speaks to it being more of a Bryce problem
  11. Burns increased our season win total from 0.9 wins to 1.0 wins. Pay him a billion dollars a year
  12. If we were to just let him walk in free agency, what would that comp us?
  13. Unless they land a helicopter on the field, let Bryce step in, and fly him to the Cowboys endzone for a TD, I'm not sure we score a TD in the game (not counting garbage time TD being down 20+)
  14. Are you really complimenting the bills offense? With the talent they have I'm pretty sure a 5-year-old could call their offense. Yet they are absolutely brutal with play calling and Josh Allen terrible interceptions
  15. I wonder if we can hire Sean McD after he gets fired by buffalo this year
  16. Why in the hell would Tee Higgins come here? I guess if we offer him 30+ million more than the next highest team, he might come here...
  17. I feel like Matt Lafleur should have better odds of being fired. Green Bay is a train wreck
  18. If that means we get to see what Andy Dalton can do the rest of the year, sure I guess
  19. If there was ever an appropriate time for this meme, it is this... Is there a difference in their poo playcalling?
  20. Unless Tepper fires himself, I don't think it will matter. We will just replace worthless coaches/GMs with even more worthless coaches/GMs
  21. The Panthers way... Win meaningless games when we have a first round pick, lose just about every possible game when we don't have a first round pick. We really need to be relegated to a local beer league flag football league
  22. He's getting paid and knows he will be lucky to be a backup QB after his contract ends with us. I don't think he really gives a fug what happens out there, which is a problem when that comes from the QB, the supposed leader of your team. I just hope we realize he is a bust soon enough and start trying to figure out our next QB. Don't wait until his year 4 of Bryce to figure out we need a new QB...
  23. That's with Andy Dalton skewing that average by about a +2... With Bryce, it's probably about 12 ppg, of which I would say half have been scored in garbage time
  24. So we scored 6 points today on offense? I guess Bryce nut huggers would say that Dalton would have been shut out today
