  1. All are not tied at the hip except for Nixon. After that, various amounts of years these folks worked with Rhule. Sharing a cup of coffee with Rhule shouldn't be an automatic pink slip.
  2. Yup, just like Snow has followed Rhule around. They were college roommates. The rest of the crew can stay (for now) as the ties are far tight to Rhule. Yeah, Nixon would be the only other Rhule lackey that needs to immediately go.
  3. As long as Tepper let's Fitterer do his job and not be a freaking 'fingers in the pot' owner like Jerry Jones, I have high hopes for the future.
  4. I can't remember who, but a few people were fairly high on him coming out of college a sleeper pick in late in the draft. I wasn't one of them though.
  5. Eh, wasn't it 70% of the snaps? So wouldn't that be like 5 games missed if I'm doing the math correctly?
  6. The Packers need some veteran WRs.
  7. So you mean we won't have 8 Bear/Owls here next year? That's practically gutting the team!
  8. It's not about now, this was about the future. At least we know Matt Rhule will not be roaming our sidelines in 2023. That in itself is a relief even if the team still struggles the remainder of this year.
  9. Beat me to it. Seifert thought he needed to upgrade from Beuerlein when Steve wasn't the problem. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.
  10. Ditching Steve Beuerlein for Jeff Lewis was Seifert's fatal error.
  11. EVER, for me. Even the Pickles year, Fox lame duck year and yes, even 2001. Even the 2001 team was competitive with a less talented roster until the last two games where they packed it in. Heck, they even lost 2 OT games. We can't even get to OT with this squad under Rhule.
  12. Now I can root for my team again!!!! Whoot!!!
  13. OP must have waked and baked this morning.
  14. Yep, I have. Have you seen the amount of first round QB busts that set back franchises several years? At least with a pick outside the top 10 (trade back obviously) if the dude busts we can move on more easily. Top 5 QB picks, especially #1, are pressured to save the franchise right off the rip and goes sour more times than not.
  15. Not that it really matters, but I think we have a 7th too. IIRC, we traded it away, but got it back in another trade...Daley, I think. The 3rd rounder loss stings, those guys generally contribute even in their rookie season.
  16. Not as top heavy, but I'm okay with that. I want to wait until later in the round or round 2 to nab our QB. This class is deep, it doesn't have a whole lot of hype outside of Young and Stroud. I'm cool with that because production wins games, not hype.
  17. So when you score more points than the other team, you win the game? Fug, why didn't I think of that????
  18. Trade him, get a pick because we need draft capital for the new coaching staff.
  19. To be fair, I start to think about the draft this early every year. I am just digging a little deeper than usual this sesaon. So, we DO NOT want the #1 overall pick or #2 for that matter. I am not sold on Young or Stroud. We want to be behind the Commando-skins. They will DEFINITELY take one of those guys. The Lions, Falcons and Texans could be in the market.
  20. Sam was a calculated risk at one year. The rest we all knew were JAGS. I mean Thomas is a poor mans JAG.
  21. Did anyone else see this, lol!!!!!!!!!!
  22. You can always re-register, you will just lose your post count.
