Where we were 2 or 3 weeks ago. I can't remember a draft where I was so ambivalent about having a top 10 pick. This class is extremely mediocre at the top. Where we need to kill it is in the middle rounds where the value is at. -
I'm not sure he mailed it in, but it definitely took the wind out of his sails. Looking back, I could tell a difference in pre-draft Frank and post-draft Frank.

Me too. He definitely was non confrontational--go along to get along type. He knew where the other members of the brass stood even if they 'supposedly' didn't tell one another. Heck, we all did.

Well, we have a bad AFC East save the Bills, the Jags and Cardinals. The schedule is setting up nicely. Better take advantage of it.

It took two full seasons for the guy "Frank picked" to have his best game. It was a case of too big of a hill to climb in such a small window. The small window being barely half a season because of Tepper being Tepper.

Lottery system sucks, IMO. Yes, tanking is real, but I saw no evidence of it this year. There were some really awful teams this season.

How? They don't need a QB. They beat a team resting starters and wold have lost otherwise. The team was just horrible and Kraft wasn't moving forward with the same coaching staff.

No. He may develop into one, but he's still not there yet.

Zero sacks and I don't recall any hits or real pressures. A few hurries. I didn't see every snap though, but from what I saw, Young stayed clean.

Most likely, but if T-Mac is there, that would be had to pass him up. There's no elite pass rushers in this draft, IMO. Graham would be nice too. It's just hard to draft an interior DL top 10. I don't know if you remember the utter meltdown on the Huddle when we took Brown, even though I was thrilled.

I can tell you one thing, the PFF grades for the OL are going to be good. I mean Young will be tops, but the OL should round the next several spots easily.

He's our franchise QB for the time being, but I'm not exactly sure where that stacks up League-wide.

I like Dalton and I agree he's good for Bryce and the team, but at 38 this year, he's a short term rental. I'm not gonna lie, I still have curiosity about Trey Lance.

True. I wonder if Dalton reworks his contract to stay or if we bring in another guy? The worst thing we could do is have a warm body backup just for sake of having a backup.

Only if he can play like today most games. However, for every day like today, there's going to be a Dallas-type game. I think the real Bryce is somewhere in the middle of the two.

Why???? I mean they have Trevor, but hat's all I've got. I get not wanting to go into a new HC job with a rookie QB. It usually does end up bad.
