  1. Well I apologize but I’m just tired of the comparisons to other rookies that struggled. Bryce is not playing like a rookie going through growing pains. He is playing like a guy that’s getting completely exposed as someone who doesn’t belong in the league.
  2. You’re the one making josh Allen comparisons. It’s so outrageous I couldn’t help myself. Carry on
  3. You’re missing the point. A supporting cast isn’t gonna make Bryce Young NFL caliber.
  4. Josh Allen and Bryce Young couldn’t be more different. Allen was a raw athletic freak with a low floor and high ceiling. Young is the opposite of that.
  5. No he’s not. The dude is unable to read the field.
  6. I dont think David Carr syndrome is even real. You gotta go back 20 years to find a an example of some supposed good QB being ruined by pressure? Nah. David Carr was just never very good and he had some bad habits get solidified over time. No different than Sam Darnold. Put Sam Darnold in the best situation and he’s not having any different of a career. He just can’t see the field. We’re not ruining Bryce Young. He’s just not very good.
  7. Maybe because Tepper was pushing for Bryce?
  8. I don’t think anyone gets fired and I think they all get brought back for next season. Tepper will fire Reich midway through next season.
  9. You know part of the problem might be Icky playing most snaps starting standing up on his heels out of the shotgun. He’s not the greatest pass protector either way, but he’s just not good when pass rushers can tee off.
  10. I wouldn’t blame him at all but it would have made more sense firing him after the Bears loss. We have no chance against Dallas anyways. At this point might as well give him the rest of the year. It’s cooked anyway.
  11. Seems like an odd final straw but Tepper hasn’t done anything that makes sense yet.
  12. It takes an entire organization to fail this bad. Owner, GM, coach and players (including QB). Nobody is blameless in this.
  13. The real genius of staying at 2 for the Texans was getting the guy that Tepper didn’t pick. You’re basically guaranteed to get the better player. Leave it to Tepper to make the worst possible decision every time.
  14. Johnny Football carried Texas A&M as well. Didn't necessarily translate to the pros though. Off field troubles aside.
  15. At a certain point there is a physical prerequisite baseline for being successful in the NFL. You don't have to be the best athlete at the position, but we were led to believe that Bryce was good enough in that aspect. Unfortunately, he just doesn't seem to meet that baseline requirement. He isn't able to generate velocity on his passes without having enough time and room for a big wind up. Other top prospects are able to effortlessly flick the ball with the same power. Accuracy and knowing where to go with the ball are important. But the NFL is really fast, and you have to be able to get the ball there quickly as well. Yes the scheme is bad. Yes the team is bad. But it's hard to ignore the significant limitations of the guy we traded the future to draft #1 overall.
  16. I’m not so sure anymore. He should have been axed after the Bears game. The long week is the best time to do it too. Im starting to get the feeling Tepper might give Reich the rest of the year to get the team playing better.
  17. Fitterer is dead in the water if the team doesn’t improve. It’s not surprising at all to see him shooting for the moon at the deadline. I would just like to know if he’s being allowed to do that, or ordered to.
  18. Rhule didn't have to wait long to be supplanted as worst Panthers coach ever
  19. Frank Reich needs to retire. This offense is just dog poo.
  20. We all thought he’d be good but fragile but it turns out he’s bad but durable.
