  1. Blackshear stepped in a mudhole there with that hesitation. Bailed out by the flag.
  2. The level of competition in this game is like the XFL all star game, so if Plummer looks like post Tommy Jone Jake I dont think there's any excuse for it.
  3. 2 years in a row on the same team. It was time for a different scrub preseason arm after last year.
  4. "What is the biggest thing you see with Jack Plummer happening right now?" Probably a career change.
  5. I mean he's basically a 1st round prospect. And next year's 1st is basically a 2nd. So...
  6. This guy should have been churned last year but he must be a pretty cool dude or something.
  7. It's the Jack the crack Plummer show so I don't blame anyone for opting out. I'll probably go between that and the various baseball games. But I always DVR the games in case I miss something and want to see it.
  8. Better yet let him be a 4-3 DT. Is he really an ideal 3-4 NT? Is anyone else an ideal 3-4 anything on our roster?
  9. They overpaid him and he still delivered surplus value.
  10. The one time he's actively tried to lose was the best we've ever done.
  11. Deontae Johnson and XL were getting open last year. They just couldn't catch the ball. You're making this complicated to make AT fit the container you've made for him. Shorter routes don't need as much separation, because the defense isn't allowed to touch you. If you catch the ball, in 1 on 1 you are basically unstoppable. Ricky Prohel was going dad mode on a bunch of 4-3 defenses 20 years ago. The game has changed so much since then, I don't see how its relevant.
  12. It's about production. Not about statistical leaders necessarily. And separation doesn't mean as much since its basically 2 hand touch in the secondary now.
  13. I thought that was just for free dreamcast pvp lol
  14. Not sure about that. His PFF grade was 29th overall. I think he finds a significant role on a few teams. A 3rd WR is practically a starter in today's NFL anyways. I agree with your position on AT that we shouldn't have begged him out of retirement. But he's better than you're giving him credit for. The offense would be worse without him. If none of the younger guys take a step it might not even be functional. Is that a good developmental environment?
  15. Its a free update but Jimmy will appear on the screen and ask you for a dollar anyways.
  16. Yeah everybody was so concerned about who would win the trade years down the line. But what if nobody does, and the only people who remember the trade are Panthers fans, Bears fans, and NFL trivia buffs? That's most trades.
