Probably 3 at this point but overall we tend to try and get too cute with the draft and we simply dont draft football players. Trading up for Brooks was just so unnecessary and thats a prime example of why our roster is bare. Thats 4 fuging draft picks that were completely blown with no production. That hurts

who is the top tier LT in free agency? They can easily "over pay" for higgins and still be fine, they would be insane to not draft the LT from LSU. That kid is damn good in pass pro. The pats have set themselves up nicely to take a massive step forward

theres really no other way to spin it From leading up to the actual draft (telling XL that he is the pick) to brooks, to Wallace its just hard to see much light in their strategy. Hopefully Morgan has learned but I kindof doubt it.

late 3rd or 4rth would be my guess as to where he is going to go. He has really good football speed but the size is a bit of a concern especially trying to get off the line when pressed. He may be a poor mans Devonte smith and would be good value in a later round

This trope is already played out. Just draft good football players that aren't hurt. And quit drafting project players
