    I am probably wrong but I just ain’t seeing it with smith. Feels like I am missing something because he biggest asset seems like he works well with others and is a nice guy that everyone loves. I don’t see anything in his resume that he can out scheme a mcvay type coach.

    rah rah give him hell type coaches like Wilks, ron, etc are being phased out by these up and coming wonderkids. The game is much more complex then it was even 10 years ago. Its way more schematic and constantly testing and looking for holes/weaknesses. Those old school guys simply dont understand that nuance

    Yeah I am really not understanding this frank smith talk as a hot prospect. Unless I am missing something his resume is pretty uninspiring and if we are only going after him because of the perceived notion that he helped turn tua around then that is going to be a catastrophe.
