Rhule is just fuging with Rivera -
To what team?
-
He does indeed suck.
-
I mean. Darnold is a better person then those guys and I feel he tried harder but yeah the results are similar but I just hate comparing Sam to those two assholes
-
I said at the time that was retarded
-
why start this thread?
-
wee bit different
-
If cam plays average or above average then its a foregone conclusion we will not go qb in the draft and I would bet dollars to donuts we go oline. If we resign cam its going to be a multi year deal.
-
If we sign cam for 2022 and/or beyond there is literally a 0.0% chance they go qb in the first.
-
What "other team"?
-
Sam is going to get cut and we are going to eat the cap. Or he stays as backup and we still eat the cap. There is absolutely no way around paying him for 2022
-
He looks the part. Getting better every week.

Mac Jones looks like a nfl qb

Do you think we have a realistic shot after a loss tomorrow?
mrcompletely11 replied to onmyown's topic in Carolina Panthers
Our own FO said there are only about 16 players in each draft that are a difference maker. Picking 15ish severely limits our ability in that regard and this roster needs a major talent overall. -

I wish we had signed him to a 2 year 18 millionish deal. That would solve a lot of problems IMO. -

I get that but the chances of us making the playoffs are slim to none and slim just left the building -

someone posted a stat the other day and in the past 25 years a team with an oline ranked in the high 20's has never made the playoffs. There is just no way to overcome that. I think we lose sunday and cam comes in and we go .500 from here on out. Then you have to sit back and wonder what the fug was the point of it all. -

let me preface saying I love the cam signing.......however: I will ask this again, wtf is the end game here? We face a total thread the needle type schedule to make the playoffs and I am not seeing how finishing 8-9 is doing jack poo in building this franchise. I get the "win every game" mantra but damn man at some point there needs to be a clear and concise plan on how to build for the future and picking in the purgatory teens isnt it. -
Opinions on who is at fault for Cam's departure??
mrcompletely11 replied to WOW!!'s topic in Carolina Panthers
Why does it matter? -
Trading for CJ Henderson was a mistake.

one of the 2 will be resigned I doubt both. I would bet its probably gilmore that stays -
Where is this 'win now' mentality coming from?
mrcompletely11 replied to Ivan The Awesome's topic in Carolina Panthers
https://theathletic.com/podcast/211-the-athletic-football-show/?episode=233 13 minutes in they talk about the panthers and what our "plan" is. Cliff notes, they like the cam signing but overall it appears there is no plan in place for how this franchise wants to move forward. Good listen -

There has never been a clearly defined plan. I was cool with teddy if the plan was to rebuild last year, bring in a young guy this season to sit and then let teddy walk. It just seems the front office didnt have the patience to let it play out. IMO what should have happened was to let Cam run it out last season to see what was there. If they were dead set on cutting cam then dont sign Teddy roll Grier out there for a tank year and then build through the draft. If just seems like we have our feet in both pools, win now and rebuild and I hope that doesnt mean the 8winish purgatory that so many teams are in. Not good enough for the playoffs and not good enough for a top 6ish pick.
