  1. Posted July 15 Stats are a funny thing, you can contort them to make any point I guess https://omny.fm/shows/the-mac-attack-podcast/mac-bone-hour-4-jake-crain-warren-sharp starts at 18 minutes in, sharp drops some stats that stun mac and bone In his last 4 games he had the easiest passing schedule in the NFL. For the year Bryce was Ranked 41 out of 46 qualified qbs in accuracy, 30th in epa, 37th ypa, 39th success rate. Bryce in 28 starts has only lead at halftime 5 times.
  2. last game of the season against a team that had nothing to play for and the defense clearly threw in the towel. There is absolutely no way one can argue that was the most impressive qb performance for a panther qb. That is simply insane
  3. thats the corner we all have painted ourselves into. Having to start over at qb just resets the crap clock unless you get a Stroud (goddamnit) or Daniels level player.
  4. Ive watched NFL football for 45 years and I have never heard of a qb described as that. It was a made up term to try and sell him to us (along with the steph curry analogy) which was cringe worthy at best. Its neither here nor there as I would love to be wrong about bryce but how in the holy fug can someone watch stroud play, watch him work out and throw and then say "nah, I am going with this dude"
  5. sure 100% but I am saying Jones is the main reason that they sucked so bad. Remember his int vs us? Woof. But overall their roster has some high end talent on it
  6. Daniel Jones chefs kiss Who was the dude on here that was screaming that Jones isnt a bad qb and that we should sign him as well?
  7. They have a good oline and their d could be legit as well. When Burns is your 3ish best pass rusher that means you are loaded on the dline. Not even going to mention Nabors
  8. I cant even in basketball. What was once a pure sport is not even remotely recognizable
  9. He wasnt a sure thing per se but he was the type of elite route running sure handed wr that bryce needs
  10. you could say this exact same thing about dj Johnson
  11. College football was 1A for me with NFL 1b up until about 3ish years ago. The expansion and NIL transfer poo has totally destroyed my interest in the game
  12. I think he is accurate enough, the issue with him is transitioning to the nfl from that wonky ass offense. He made some nice throws on Sat. He needs to sit all year for sure
  13. But I think the general point the poster is trying to make is that we need to spend probably some premium draft capital to acquire a high end center prospect. I dont know maybe one in the 2nd instead of a hurt running back
  14. kindof depends on our record at the deadline and how Bryce and co are playing. If its all gone to hell then move what you can, if we are clawing our way in it then keep status quo.
  15. Thank God he interviews well, at least he knows how to fool Dave and Nicole
  16. Very true, but with that said we havent had an above average center (or LT) in quite some time.
  17. Mike Kaye called this last year. Its no surprise that he was a part of the philly media so he has no issues about being critical about the team. This team has lacked this type of reporting for its entire existence. We have too many boot lickers covering this team. Looking at you scott fowler. According to Mike Kaye, a Carolina Panthers beat reporter for The Charlotte Observer, he once described Panthers WR Xavier Legette's running style as if "he gallops down the field like he has pebbles in his cleats but fire in his heart". This statement was made in the context of Legette's performance and perceived awkwardness despite his deceptive speed
  18. he did in 20 and 23 stats are easy to find
  19. nicely put, you said it much better then me
  20. I am not sure why that would carry any more weight then the others, going back to the dude wondering why there was no stock in that particular stat
  21. right but other teams have multiple 1000 yard rushers from previous seasons, 1000 yards isnt really the benchmark that it once was 25ish years ago
  22. my bingo card for the 2026 draft now includes safety, Linebacker (off ball and middle) RT (maybe left we'll see how it goes) and center
