  1. It's looking more and more like Perryman is a placeholder.
  2. All these choices are worse that WFT. For the NFL WFT is unique and works. If it ain't broke why fix it?
  3. If there was ever a good day to have a bad day today was the day.
  4. Was hoping a fresh start would result in a different outcome for Perryman. Doesn't look like that's gonna happen. If our LB core weren't so bad, this guy would have been given his walkin' papers by now.
  5. "Little traded to the Dolphins" Ain't that the truth.
  6. Yeah, with new variants, no one should be taking their health for granted. We all need to remain vigilant. I'm continuing to social distance and wear a mask indoors while shopping. I've also nixed any unnecessary social interactions outside of immediate family.
  7. Side note: 6 is looking pretty good when it comes to awareness in the pocket. Wouldn't mind if he develops into a solid backup.
  8. 97% of the people pushing ICUs beyond their limits are the unvaccinated and the areas of the nation with the worst outbreaks are the areas with the lowest vaccination rates. Bottom line: What vaccine has ever been 100% effective? These COVID vaccines are highly effective and reduce the likelihood of contracting the virus. For those vaccinated that do contract COVID, their symptoms tend to be less severe than people who haven't been vaccinated.
  9. "Not sure what all the fuss is about, me and mine are good, we've already recovered from COVID." How tone deaf and oblivious do you have to be to make a statement like that? Especially after several waves of COVID have shut down businesses and schools across the nation for months at a time. Hospitals have been and continue to be pushed beyond the breaking point. We are all aware of hundreds of thousands of fellow Americans dying due to COVID, with countless more still suffering long term/life long effects of the virus. Not to mention we are currently going through the worst wave of COVID many states have experienced since this pandemic started 18 months ago. There was a time in this country, not so long ago, when we cared about our fellow citizens. It is truly sad to witness how self centered and uncaring some people are these days.
  10. Hmm, isn't it mandatory that former Panthers go to Buffalo? Luke just checked off another box on his bucket list.
  11. Little, short and less than adequate is no way to go thru life. Or so I'm told.
  12. You've just described the 2022 draft. Until then...
  13. The old saying: "It's not how you start, it's how you finish." seems more relevant than ever with a 17 game season.
  14. Not judging any team, much less the Panthers, based on the first game of the season. I'm old enough to recall plenty of great teams stumbling out of the gates on the way to a winning season and the playoffs.
  15. ^^^ Panthers killing two birds with one stone.
  16. Everybody from the Water Boy to the League Commissioner are "Quietly keeping an eye on Watson". Just more unfounded rumors intended to attract eyeballs and fill the void that is the off season.
  17. Colts might be in the market for another season of Rivers.
  18. It is difficult to understand, so I hope Rhule and company have transformative powers when it comes to these linemen or we could be looking at another short lived QB experiment.
  19. Yikes! Is there such a thing as a Cowboys exorcism?
  20. Tepper could certainly do that without worrying about the cost, but I believe it would be at least a season too soon. Especially, for an owner that kept Rivera and Hurney around as long as he did. I see Rhule getting 3 seasons minimum before Tepper begins to get impatient. Darnold was a clearance aisle special in comparison to what some teams are willing to give up for a franchise QB. If Sam crashes and burns, Rhule will likely get at least one more bite of the apple before being dispatched by Dave.
