    I remember when he was being recruited there were stories that he was into substances harder than alcohol. Either way, it's a roll of the dice on a guy that has had success for two years in College and has the physical talent to play QB in the NFL.

    I wouldn't go that far. He's got a good NFL arm, which is obviously quite rare. I'd love to pick him up and develop him - he makes some throws that stand out on film (both with accuracy and anticipation).

    He's a Sewell clone - they loved Sewell last year. The OLine Coach will want to get his hands on him immediately 'cos he has a lot of technical flaws. He's probably a better athlete than Cross (who would have been my pick).

    Pretty much - for all the grief Rhule gets, 90% of our best players are still on their rookie contracts. We don't want to trade those. Fitterer pretty much ruled out trading future picks too, so we're kinda stuck.

    Oh agree to disagree - I think that's Cross by some margin. But at least we didn't panic and take a QB. We can all be thankful for that.
