Stop with the excuses. Our "super processor" of a QB is anything but. This franchise has poo the bed and we are all living it. Bryce is a bust and we need to all admit it. He does not have the physical talent to be a franchise QB, and does not seem to have the mental game either. We are in for a long down time.

Seems to me that this is an epidemic with Charlotte coaches. They all seem to have systems that do not translate to the modern games. If Cliff cannot adjust, then he needs to go ASAP. There is no excuse for this level of play year after year.

Let's be honest, it is time for Clifford to go. For a guy who preaches D, his teams never seem to actually play any. His lack of success there proves that the team must not actually listen to anything he says and just tries to play hero ball.

Let's be honest here, playcalling is the least of our issues. The damn play design of the whole offense is complete crap. No matter who calls the actual plays, if the Reagan down not change, we will still suck ass. -

Was just coming here to see if anyone cared. Time to get rid of Clifford, he clearly cannot bring this team any success. Funny how ALL Charlotte major pro teams have such terrible coaching.

Yet, the brainfart in charge of this franchise thought that not only drafting him #1 overall, but trading everything, was worth it. Time to fire EVERYONE, as this team is putrid from top to bottom. Too bad we can't fire Tepper.

Not the best call, but how stupid are these coaches? You HAVE to teach proper technique and hold players accountable. Why do these guys constantly screw up the "easy" plays?
