I'm impressed with Bryce scoring points any way he can given the circumstances. Don't want to see a habit of this though because eventually a defender is going to send a message. Eddie needs to be replaced.

Glad to hear Coker and Sanders will be active. Hopefully we at least give the Panthers fans in attendance something worth watching.

We never had back to back winning seasons in days of yesteryear but damn Panthers football was at least really fun to watch from time to time.

Thou doth protest too much. You're acting like people are making what you perceive to be negative statements after Bryce was rookie of the year or something. In actuality circumstances aside last season he statistically had one of the worst rookie campaigns of the last 20 years. Then he opened the season with two of the worst QB performances in franchise history and we've had some shitty QB's over the years so that's saying something. After a brief stint of looking at least like a marginal starter for a handful of games despite our scoring output remaning bottom of the league he had a really bad game at home against the Cowboys who have been in disarray themselves this season. The fanbase is a reflection of the franchise. We haven't sniffed the playoffs since 2017 we haven't won the division since 2015 we have the worst win percentage in professional sports. We can't draft worth a damn. What you see is what you get for the time being. Maybe it's you. Maybe you are the one that needs a break from it all if that's how you feel. But just remember you've dished out plenty here too so don't hurt yourself falling off that high horse bud.

Who is rooting for him to fail or struggle? Or do you perceive the sight of folks logically discussing the good and bad of his performances across 25 current starts to be rooting for struggle or failure? If you do that's a you problem. Not to mention you *ahem* personally have flip flopped positions on Bryce and others on at least a few occasions. You're the last one that should be on a soap box here.

Arm talent.

Any first or second year QB is going to force some passes. I said all along when we drafted Young I'd be fine with him getting picks by pushing the ball downfield if it meant we were still keep defenses honest. It happens to all young QB's and even some of the very good ones are prone to it from time to time. It's all about the bounce back mentality though. And it's still better than putting the ball on the ground.

It's been a pedestrian year for passing on the whole even for some of the best QB's. The only QB closing in on 4k passing yards with 3 games left is Burrow. That's why it's important to maintain perspective on what may or may not qualify as progress or improvement for QB's outside the top 15-20 range.

Front office positions outside of a handful of very well ran teams around the league change with enough consistent frequency that we should be able to agree they are not above reproach nor are they world's more adept at evaluating talent than some average sports fans.
