  1. Right. The expectations are getting a little lofty too. Folks saw the rookie season Slater had and seek the same but unless we solve center any rookie tackle is likely going to take his lumps amongst this current group and you know the B word will get thrown out quick. It sure would have been nice to have a second or third round pick this year
  2. Most people would have accepted just another bad year. But we gave up 3 draft picks and guaranteed the QB with the worst QBR the last two seasons 19 million dollars. Let me know when coach Bill does some stupid poo like that.
  3. Supposedly Fitterer is one if narratives here are to be believed. I guess all we have left is the hope they have learned from the Darnold debacle. Still cannot fathom how anyone thought it was a slam dunk to trade for Sam while believing his game film was not a significant determining factor. Of course this whole line of thinking is obliterated when you consider our decision makers made a new PJ Walker contract our first priority of the new season.
  4. He is an intriguing prospect but like the other quarterbacks not without those looming question marks. As we get closer I think we have to roll the dice on one of these guys. It’s that or an OT and for the record we are so LT hungry here people have basically bought into a narrative that we won't miss if we take one. And if you don't want a QB in the upcoming draft then don't enter threads about the subject these posts are beyond tiresome.
  5. How many other Super Bowls have you seen where the winning team on their final drive gets that many favorable flags in the span of less than 2 minutes? We got some blind mice here.
  6. After all the talk over the years about Hurney putting us in cap hell there is no way you can just gloss over the fact Fitterer has played his part in our now bleak salary cap outlook. We got all cute in the last draft wheeling and dealing to loud cheers from fans at the time but our OL in action was a mess and we are unsure where the tackle we drafted will be lining up and our 2nd round pick couldn’t find his way into playing time even when the season was lost. We don't even need to get into the longsnapper mess. The shine is definitely off the 2021 draft. None of this is even mentioning our free agent acquisitions or the Darnold option we picked up immediately. If our GM is indeed little more than a best friend and second in command to Rhule that is not anything to compliment him for no matter how much success he may have had in years prior.
  7. He's an above average QB with good arm talent. But the refs took that man by the hand and walked him to the goal line to take the lead in the Super Bowl with time expiring. No way in hell they give those kind of calls to just any quarterback in those circumstances.
  8. Against the best Dline in the league uh yeah. But the Bengals mishandled the final drive and the refs basically guided the Rams in for the final score. It was more than just the oline but go off.
  9. That was a dumb playcall they should have taken their time to get the play right. That's an outcoached moment sadly for Cinci. Meh I'm out don't need to see these fugs with that trophy.
  10. If you're good seeing Miller hoist up another Lombardi trophy you might as well go ahead and jump ship pal.
  11. Best CB in the league burnt like toast again.
  12. The corner knew he couldn't touch Kupp with all these flags. Refs letting them know they want a Rams touchdown.
  13. Alright I'm bout to shut this off. Rams driving for the win flags all over the field every play now
  14. Here we go with the flags. NFL wants a Rams win.
  15. Ya'll in here cheering injuries this why you got a RB that can't stay on the field. Idiots.
  16. Rams dline is the Broncos in SB50 all over again. Dirty fugs.
  17. Well it's either that or have to watch Matt Stafford's wife Karen make a spectacle of herself if he wins a ring. Go Bengals.
  18. The Panthers are a laughingstock within the division and the conference. If being homers and droning on with the company line is your idea of a good time you are welcome to create your own fan community (safe space).
  19. Of course they are. The Saints will make a move as well. The NFC South may be undergoing changes but the Panthers are the only team that thinks it takes 7 years to contend for a ring.
  20. Well the winning was fun while it lasted ya'll.
  21. Next years class will be picked apart the same as any other draft. We've already taken the "hit" the last two seasons. We squandered those opportunities with an all defense draft and a first round corner while the league has clearly titled in favor of prolific offenses and we now have one of the worst. It would be foolish to begin making plans with an unknown pick in 2023. With the shape of our division there are no guarantees we finish with a top 10 pick. Even as bad as Rhule has been there is still talent here and our division is undergoing big changes. Anyone who actually thinks we are going to actively tank is in for a rude awakening.
  22. Should probably word it as would you accept not do you want. LT or QB has been the concensus for months now. We are a mess in the short term. We may end up using the next two high picks on quarterback these fantasies about us falling into next years top pick are just that. We will probaby end up with 7-8 wins next season with how the division is shaping up. And I like Willis as a prospect but the way folks here are hyping him despite his obvious flaws while calling Pickett Jimmy Clausen is getting really boring.
  23. What a perfect time for a bounce back opponent like the Pistons. Like what I'm seeing from everyone and Harrell is an infusion of energy we needed. Also kudos to Bouknight for the basket to end the half and make a new record for the franchise. Can't believe some fools wanted to use him as trade bait.
  24. He has finished with the worst QBR in the league the last two seasons. The only people that didn't expect him to continue turning the ball over at a high rate were Matt Rhule and Scott Fitterer and they didn't even bother to watch his game film
