  1. The only time I would not be against a QB draw or sneak is if we are 1st and Goal on the 1 yard line. That's it.
  2. You're just looking for excuses, aren't you, Mr. I-wanted-Justin-Fields....
  3. How can they trade us Darnold for Wilson if we already have Darnold and they have Wilson? Did you word that right?
  4. The difference, though, is that those two turnovers with the Panthers were not of the actual PASSING variety where he threw the ball and was intercepted (to be fair, he did come close a couple of times on other occasions but almost is almost). First was a botched hand-off and this one was him not taking a sack when he should've. I know he was hit from behind but a defender already had his arms wrapped around him at that point so it was way too risky to attempt anything at that point(yet he did and the result is what we got). Those are things he and Rhule can clean up. As far as actual Passing plays, he's been very efficient.
  5. I think the key is Tepper's PATIENCE. Remember that they picked up Sam's player option but Tepper, I believe, has the final call on whether he even wants Sam to stick around after next season. He was all gung-ho about throwing it deep when he was in the booth with Smitty and What's-his-name....and Sam had done that but only on occasion so I don't know if he's happy with the intermediate passes or what-have-you or not.
  6. One of the most bizarre things I'm sure many of the Bucs players ever saw. Just look at their expressions.
  7. Sam Darnold has shown this characteristic even when he found out he was being traded from the Jets to here. Did not even throw Adam F'n Gase under the bus but instead say it was all on him.
  8. Uh huh...sure. After all that smack you talked, you must have a bulging stomach yourself with all the CROW that was shoved into it.
  9. Damn. Almost nailed it and all the bolded HAPPENED.
  10. Dude, let's face it : AsylumClown won't be showing his face around here until we face the Saints again. I think right now he is in his room, curled up in the fetal position on the floor mumbling "but but...Jameis threw 5 TDs...." *rabble* *rabble*
  11. Just like the Wide Receivers' jobs are to make the QB look good, Sam is making the OL look better than it is with his play.
  12. yeah I'm thinking it may not be that the OL has gotten better but that Sam has sharpened his pocket awareness more.
  13. Hey CRA. Remember how Sam had trouble throwing the Intermediate passes in the Game 1? How did he do in Game 2 in your eyes as far as those passes?
  14. So 'I'm sure once we beat the Texans, the same sh-t will be repeated : Hurr durr.....don't be so cocky....herpity derp... STFU and be happy, goddamit!!!
  15. The latter was a bad throw. The former was a very tight window THAT HE GOT THROUGH to DJ who just couldn't hang on. It was right on his hands, too. That was a good pass even though it was of the high-degree-of-difficulty variety and was into Double Coverage.
  16. So what you want is for all of us to be like you : Wait for the other shoe to drop and then we'll suck. Sorry but some of us like a little optimism in our lives. Thanks.
  17. Oh this is a callout thread? Okay then : @Pimpdaddy likes to call Sam Darnold names like "asshole" and "dumbass" as a matter of course.
  18. Let's be real. Game Ball goes to this guy :
  19. Which Franchise no longer has Drew Brees and which Franchise just got their ass handed to them with Lameis Winston?
  20. Good QBs are able to do this, I think.
  21. Ah yes. NOODLE-ARM. Smart guy, Nice guy. Still a Noodle for an arm
  22. Eh. I look at that "Pass" and it was more a shovel / toss attempt than anything else. He has yet to throw an actual INT, though he did come close once....again on one occasion. He's been very good with the football for the most part and his throws have been on-point.
