Ok so we agree basically on everything except you think his bad rookie year is comparable to average rookie years. The average QB doesn't have to suddenly figure out at 23 or 24 years old how to dramatically improve their arm strength. Most have the tools just need to mentally adjust. Bryce doesn't have the tools, needs to mentally adjust, and needs to figure out how to mentally adjust into somehow convincing secondaries that he's going to magically get the ball out of his arm faster with that crazy ass footwork. It's a major uphill battle that he should have been working on for the last 5 years since he stopped growing. He's not going to suddenly change his whole game and body type anytime soon

If Josh Allen was BY's size he would have been out of the league or maybe a backup 3 years ago

Speaking of Josh Allen just made a diving qb sneak that was literally the only play that would get them a 1st down. We would have ran the ball from shotgun into a wall

It's physics, the closer he gets to the back of his linemen the worse his vision gets. He's already got a below average arm and then he has to throw from 5-10 yards deeper than if he could stand/step up in the pocket so it all relates to why he's got defenses not respecting him 20 yards past the los. Don't understand BY supporters lol, either they were gung-ho all in pre draft or they're just taking a debate stance just for something to do. Don't usually like your posts but this was basically my wishlist if you sub Steichen for Ryans, either one wouldn't be a major issue regardless of what our record would be currently . They could have literally taken a Huddle/Panthers twitter poll in the spring and done a better job than whatever their formula was. The only intense Bryce/Stroud issue was when certain people started pummeling all the Stroud supporters after Bryce's pro day like somehow just because it became clear we were going to take Bryce that all Stroud supporters were idiots lol. Pretty much all Stroud fans accepted Bryce being the pick and tried to be positive until preseason at least. Also S2 fug you

Morgan couldn't get a word in at a presser or in the draft confidential videos over Rhule/Fitt/Tepper. Seems like a nice guy and probably smarter than those dudes but he doesn't seem to have any kinda alpha personality/room control that would have him swaying Teppers dumb ass in the right direction

void of draft picks isn't necessarily a "clean slate" for the next coach/gm duo. I don't trust that bald motherfuger to not have still have the final say in taking on whoever will be a yes man to forcing Bryce into the starting role just to stroke Teppers ego. No way he gives a new staff control over the QB situation
