He's got the physical talent, he's just not the brightest guy on earth. Kinda important for returners/wr's to be able to make good split second decisions

Hooker could be worth a day 3 gamble now, it's not like most of your day 3 guys end up doing much anyway

I'd just go ahead and cut him, chemistry isn't there, he's more a distraction than anything helpful. At least Sam is super humble about the fact that he's not very good
