One team source said Rhule preferred to reach consensus with Fitterer before taking a plan to Tepper, describing the process as "collaborative." That differs from another team source, who said Rhule's leadership style was to "wear everybody out" until he got his way, even in big groups, and sometimes operated impulsively. In this case, Rhule was willing to overlook Darnold's well-documented problems with turnovers and accuracy.

Remember when Tepper and/or Rhule got here and ruined media coverage? Lots of small media people stopped going to training camp because they have a bunch of Paul Blarts walking around to protect their genius play calls from getting leaked to the internet

We went from this being a deep QB class to panicking about tanking for the 1st overall pick and people can't even agree on who is the consensus #1 QB. Take away the schools and media hype and Hendon Hooker looks like the most NFL guy to me

I still don't understand the handful of people that are incredibly adamant that Fields is a bust. It's year 2 with 2 different coaching staffs and a horrible supporting cast. Him and Herbert are their only good players on offense
