My post was more about defense contributions. Cam carried the offense and Mcdermotts defense allowed us to be as successful as we were. Now Mcdermott has Allen and his defense doing it’s thing bringing Buffalo it’s most success in the last two decades Ron literally brought nothing and once both McDermott and Cam were out of the equation things went splat and now we are stuck with the Matt Rhule era

As I watch McDermott and the Bills destroy the Patriots I would just like to say a quick thank you to Ron Rivera. Your ability to pass yourself off as a defensive guru and getting carried by Cam Newton allowed us to pass on keeping the one decent coach we had on this team. One players begged for the media to acknowledge in his importance to the defense. Thanks to you we were allowed to witness the Panther defense go downhill when to a lofty 31st in points allowed in 2019 which was a true thing of beauty to experience. Now the WFT is getting a similar experience with their finish of 25th in points allowed while the Bills finished 1st. Thanks to you Ron Rivera for helping deny Panther fans to this experience.

Good start to the playoffs now just need the Bills to beat the Patriots.

I just pictured Darnold trying to make that play and laughed at what would have been an easy pick.

I remember watching Burrow in 2018. Had a couple decent moments but didn’t think a whole of him. Was truly incredible seeing his jump from then to 2019 and what he accomplished.

Yup they sure got him good He’s over there crying over his 8.5 million salary that all of them combined could only dream of. Dude doesn’t care about their comments. At least some people saw how terrible a deal it was. I couldn’t believe we gave up what we did. He had all the same issues since college and never showed a damn thing his entire career. I didn’t want him but if Rhule had to have him what was the justification of trading more than a late round pick? The guy was a complete bust for the Jets and was going to be cut by them. We swooped in and helped the Jets win for once. Also, funny how so many people talk about the lack of value on those picks. Keep in mind those same people will now claim Rhule can’t fix everything in a single season because of the lack of picks lmao.

I’m sure people will play up the whole Staley being young but he is just another “defensive” guy who lucked into a good QB to make him look better than he is. Brings nothing to the table.

I don’t know Rich people automatically know better so

Don’t know what’s going to happen with us and Cam in the future but if this was his end I will remember and appreciate everything he has done in our history. There are still people who take any chance to put him down and degrade those of us who defend him. The guys has been up against the tide since the very beginning. The experts tried to claim a guy like Blaine Gabber was the better prospect because his smile was “genuine” He’s had to deal terrible leadership who not only wouldn’t support him with proper surrounding talent and coordinators but would often undercut him at the given chance to the media, eve when he would defend them to the end. We saw the constant nfl bias he faced that would allow him to be targeted without any sort of consequence and degraded simply for his love of them game and desire not to lose. Meanwhile, those same types of celebrations and reactions would be praised as fiery and passionate leadership that other QBs like Brady, Rodger etc would get a pass with. Cam has meant so much to this franchise. He’s not in his prime but I respect the fact he came back to us despite being treated like a castaway and trying to salvage a very crappy situation with literally no support from his coach. To this day, some people would rather give credence and defend a guy like Darnold who has quite literally earned nothing and done nothing for this franchise over Cam simply because of well………..“reasons” and I’ll never understand it.

Definitely think he could be traded. How many picks would we have to give up though?

Does anybody think Rhule goes home and actually worries about how poor of a job he’s done or whether he’ll be let go. He’s one of those guys who always got paid and somehow made it while performing crap work. I’m sure we’ve all known those type of guys. People are bemoaning about whether we will be stuck with him another year worried how long of a dark stretch we will have to endure while that dude went home, took a nice turd after 6 burritos, and kicked back laughing.

Just remember guys, Matt Rhule made 8.5 million dollars forcing you to actually pay and/or waste your precious Sundays to watch this horrid creation of his while simultaneously belittling you for not seeing that his process is working. Lmao, what a privilege.
