  1. He learned that the OL he has this season isn't going to give up an historic amount of sacks and that his weapons can make plays for him. He's also got his eyes downfield instead of staring at the rush, so the deep shots he was known for in college (that some fans swore he wasn't physically capable of taking) are coming more often. He also just outright looks to be having fun playing football again.
  2. If the FO can do with the DL what they did with the OL...
  3. Couldn't find anything definitive aside from how they define BTT, but based on that info I'd guess that the five were: 34yd deep ball in Q1 to XL that had the declined penalties The 28yd throw to JT during the drive to end the first half on 2nd down 17yd throw to Moore on 3rd down at the end of Q3 4th & 3 pass to AT to convert with 2min left in the game. 5th play I'm guessing is the PA short left to AT in Q1 that ended up going for 36yds. That throw was on 3rd & 1 against a heavy blitz.
  4. Not sure where they'd have that particular stat on the site but I'll dig around to see if I can find it. Worst case scenario I should be able to find their criteria for big time throws and find the plays that fit that from NFL Pro/NFL+
  5. If only the fans that feel it's their duty to temper everybody else's high expectations took some time to temper their own low expectations.
  6. I'm trying to understand why former NFL players are saying he had a great game while the usual suspects here are clinging to the stat line and saying, "THIS IS AVERAGE!!!!" In 2023 the passing average passing yards for an NFL game was 219. Bryce threw for 263yds. That is clearly above average. Those same fans are saying that he made "average" NFL throws while former NFL players are calling them "jaw dropping." The only three conclusions I can draw are that those angry Huddlers either didn't watch the game, don't know poo about football, or have an unhealthy obsession with hating Young. ~\_(ツ)_/~
  7. Calls Spags "possibly one of the best DC's" in the league that will blitz and play man Felt there were moments in 2023 vs. GB where Bryce showed he was a pro QB Was not flukey; Bryce shredded KC through the air and played even better in the second half after the defense had made adjustments Made "jaw dropping throws" in the second half (the usual Bryce haters kept saying they were "normal" and "regular NFL" throws... hm... I'll take the word of a former NFL defender over a few disgruntled Huddlers) KC secondary was having issues that we weren't used to seeing and the guy that exposed it was the "little guy" that was benched 4th & 3 to Thielen "was incredible" At the end of Q3, the last throw he makes was one of his best throws all day according to Long Bryce was blitzed on 38% of his drop backs, was 11 of 13 for 135yds and a TD. Reviewed some of the issues KC is facing (secondary and tackle play, Pacheco + Omenihu out) Gave flowers to the KC kicker subbed in for Butker Shouted out Noah Gray for his performance
  8. It's weird that folks keep saying Bryce's stat line was meh when he had only 6yds less than Mahomes on 6 less completions. Are we holding the 1 TD against him as if there weren't multiple endzone drops? That wouldn't make much sense.
  9. Bryce haters that wanted Stroud having to acknowledge that OL play, weapons, and play calling matters? Yes pls. One day, maybe fans and the media will allow young players to develop. It's only year two for both CJ and Bryce. Let em cook.
  10. Fingers crossed that everything is as good as it can be. That landing looked beyond ugly.
  11. idk man Some of the things you've posted here makes me wonder if he fuged your mom or something because of how personal it seems.
  12. 7.8% 24th in the league in drops 39th in the league in drop percentage As mentioned, Amari Cooper has been horrifyingly bad. He leads the leagues in drops (11) and drop percentage (17.5%).
  13. As a receiver? Undoubtedly. As a blocker? Oh God no. Tremble and Thomas are better blockers by miles.
  14. Oh, as a former PSL owner myself I'm aware of how the team does things (and fans resell their tickets). That's why I'm waiting for later The divisional games end up being cheaper, especially if the Panthers and the NFC South opponent end up being bad that year.
  15. One of those passes was the David Moore drop in the back of the endzone. Another was the overthrow towards XL in order to keep time on the clock to kick the field goal with nobody open. There's also the David Moore drop down the sideline near the start of Q3 and XL's drop on the deep ball towards the end of Q4. The remaining three are the miss to AT who looks to have ran to the near pylon rather than far where BY threw it, the high throw to David Moore in the endzone that the commentators mentioned that Coker would have been there for, and the drop by Tremble in the endzone after JT had gotten hurt. So 4 drops, 1 throw away, a bad route, and a high throw.
  16. Game film doesn't shows that Bryce struggled in the redzone as much as his teammates failed to execute (or the opposing defense just flat out steps up). He might not be a threat to take it 60yds while stiff arming and shaking defenders, but he's shown more than enough to convert a first on a 10+ yard scramble.
  17. Oh, and as a bonus: Saw the same folks saying that AT didn't get helmet-to-helmet say that the refs bailed the Panthers out with this call...
  18. Film Room Playlist _ NFL Pro — Mozilla Firefox 2024-11-25 10-20-11.mp4 There were a couple of "fans" yesterday saying that this wasn't a helmet-to-helmet shot... Looks like based on where Moore was and where the play ended, he'd have gotten maybe just a yard or two more. Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.
  19. Can't help but wonder if they're overcompensating for being wrong most of the time.
  20. Waiting for the end of the season when tickets are under $20 again so that I can bring the family up from Charleston. Those Chiefs tickets were expensive the moment they went on sale.
  21. gdi now I want Bojangles brb then finishing up
