    Went there last year for first time in 20 years. Wilmington is a dump. Surprised how it downtown has gone nowhere while other cities have cleaned up and revitalized.

    It hasn't been the hottest summer in this area of the country. Highest predicted temp the next 10 days is today at 90 then it's 80s the remainder. This is as mild as you can expect here.

    I'll let the process play out but good to hear those who are watching everyday say positive things. The kneejerk reactions about single drill reps on day 1 are useless.
