I thought I typed not on level. I certainly meant to
-
Carr is on on the level Stafford was. I think everyone knows or should know that.
-
Of course he would be behind Rodgers. He has 2 winning seasons in 9.

I guess you missed my point. If he speaks badly it's not because of where he's from.

SI Prediction: Colts look to trade Jonathan Taylor in 2023
csx replied to Proudiddy's topic in Carolina Panthers
No to giving up assets for running backs. Would love to keep Forman at the right price. If so not sure we need to mess with the position at all unless someone interests them later in the draft. -
They typically speak better English than those who do so as a first language.
-
Exactly. He had low production games scattered throughout the season among 3 different QBs

PFF - What would it take for Panthers to trade up for #1 pick
csx replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Unless they suck as bad as Zach Wilson. But then again free agents respond to money above all else. -
Glad they didn't trade for Stafford. Plenty of valid criticisms but that was a good thing to be concerned about. They weren't winning too much more with Stafford anyway. Reluctance to go all out for him or Watson were not losing out.....0 for 2....or whatever people said. It was being prudent.

Weird way to spin Wentz as a successful first round pick

4 of 6 first round disappointments

NT are easier to find than dynamic DTs The good 3-4 defenses are loaded with late round NT as evidenced by a look around at other teams depth charts.
-
I think the opposite. They brought those guys in to bring in what they believed to be the best systems and attract the assistants that would want to develop in those systems.

I watched the replays on Panthers.com.

He's been playing in a multiple front defense since he got here. I love it and while there may be some growing pains as explanted by Rodrigue due to the dynamics of Evero's defense you don't avoid changes intended to last due to upfront challenges. Coaching changes bring needed scheme changes. You want to run Snow's defense forever? 3-4 lineman and linebackers are relatively easy to get in later rounds due to how much attention prototypical DE and DTs get. We have big bodied lineman and undersized athletic edge rushers.

Saying a player won't be good because they were taken in the third makes as much sense as Rhule saying Darnold, Bridgewater, Mayfield, Erving, Elflein would be good because they were first rounders. Arguably the best player in team history was selected in the 3rd .

2 winning seasons in 9 Maybe he's starstruck by our coaching staff and wants to be a backup.
-
XFL QB threw the best pass he's ever caught.

8-16 Lifetime, 0-2 on this years Eagles Mania had struck again!

It seems like younger players care about money and possibly the location. Then older veterans start to care about going to a winner. Unless a FA has a connection to a coach I doubt it makes much difference until it translates in to a real chance for a ring.
-
I think the coaching hires (inside and outside linebackers coaches) make it pretty evident we will be primarily 3-4.
-
I believe the deciding factor was exactly what we've seen come to fruition. The staff plan and ability to execute on it coupled with being an offensive mind that can't be plucked away

Everyone jumped on Siriani for not being great at his press conference and he turned out just fine.

So no, I wouldn't do it and there's no reason why the Bears would either as they don't have his successor. There would need to be extreme bad blood going on for this to even be feasible. Nobody is going to offer enough for him for them to bite.
