  1. Lol right... this team flat out blows. Like think about it. This team has honestly been one of the healthiest teams in the league to this point and have still sucked. There is no hope for us.
  2. I feel good. Call me a bad Panthers fan, but the only scenarios I would have been happy to see in Rhule's 3rd year as HC were a playoff run or us totally flaming out. We are totally flaming out, so I'm cool with it. We have finally reached the end of the era of Rhule. The scenario that would have made me the angriest is if we were mediocre. Like a 7-win team. That would have sucked and made me concern Rhule was brought back for a 4th.
  3. It is a Baker Mayfield problem. It happened a lot in Cleveland too.
  4. Colts and Bears the only teams in the league worse than us IMO
  5. If his injury is actually something that is of semi-decent concern, then it probably isn't smart to play him on what will almost certainly be a wet football field.
  6. Mayfield was sacked on 9.3% of his drop backs last year for Cleveland Brissett is currently at 4.2%
  7. The back-up to the star player you have So Alexander Mattison for example has been Cook's back-up for what feels like an eternity (at least if you are a fantasy player), which is why every serious fantasy player knows about him. Cook is always hurt, so if you are a Cook owner, it helps to have Mattison on your bench so that when Cook gets hurt, you don't have to scramble for a starting RB. Aka your "handcuff"
  8. Just gotta be patient. There are positions where it takes years for a guy to develop and CB is one of them. Andrew Thomas is another guy who looked like a bust but is starting to look like an elite tackle Okudah always had the talent. IIRC, the issue was he was not a good fit with Matt Patricia.
  9. I'd be pretty shocked if we beat the Cardinals. Have they played well? Not particularly, but keep in mind their opponents have been the Chiefs, Raiders, and Rams. Do the Panthers even come close to a fraction of those teams? And yet they beat the Raiders and came close to beating the Rams. We also don't match-up very well against their offense. Speedsters kill our DBs every year and Hollywood Brown and Dortch are a problem, plus Rondale Moore might be back. Our undersized front seven also struggles vs bigger backs, so I think James Conner if 100% should have a strong game too.
  10. OL honestly hasn't looked bad outside of the Browns game There is one huge problem with the offense though.
  11. Have you watched us play this season? This was the easiest stretch of games and QBs they will play all season and they scored 5 offensive touchdowns and went 1-2. And their starting QB is barely completing 50% of his passes. They play the Rams, Cardinals, 49ers, and Bucs in the next 4 games. Very real possibility we go 1-6, and that still leaves games against the Ravens, Bengals, another Bucs game, Broncos, Lions, all teams that have looked better than us. The only games left we will be favored in are MAYBE the Falcons games, although their offense looks far ahead of ours, the Saints game if they are still playing broken back Jameis, and maybe the Steelers game since we are at home. This team is absolutely bad enough for the #1 overall pick.
  12. We played 3 bad teams with 3 bad QBs and only scored 5 offensive touchdowns in said games. Mayfield barely completed 50% of his passes against bad defenses. Mayfield has 42 completions to 9 sacks and 5 fumbles/botched snaps. McCaffrey has 10 receptions for 57 yards through 3 games against said defenses. Moore doesn't even have 100 yards on the season and has caught 7 passes at a dismal 38.9 target %, largely because Mayfield blows. Think about that for a second. Mayfield has a combined 14 sacks/fumbles. Moore/McCaffrey have a combined 17 receptions. Through 3 games, we have just as much of a chance as seeing a sack or a fumble as we do Moore and McCaffrey getting the ball in the pass game. There is no hope.
  13. The Brown slander this offseason never made sense to me. It takes awhile before DTs come into their own, unless they are can't-miss, HOF-level prospects like Suh and Donald.
  14. And yet, they have more offensive touchdowns than us.
  15. I don't think I've ever been more sad by a Panthers win. But I think yesterday was a fluke. Jameis couldn't physically take advantage of this crap team. I don't see another win on the schedule anytime soon. The Falcons, maybe? But they have looked better than us. Cardinals and 49ers gonna thump us. Rams, Bucs, Bengals gonna thump us. So I wouldn't worry. Abysmal failure is still on the radar.
  16. If that is the Panthers playing for their head coach LMFAO
  17. Mage

    DJ Moore

Nah, man. Mayfield is so much worse than Darnold and Kyle Allen. He destroyed Beckham's numbers the same way. It is actually pretty crazy the Browns took him to the playoffs.
  18. Rookie Justin Herbert (2nd start) Kyler Murray (2nd year) Matt Ryan 2x (washed version) Matt Stafford (Lions version) Dwayne Haskins Rookie Zach Wilson (1st start) 2x Jameis Winston, including broken back Jameis Rookie Davis Mills (1st start) Colt McCoy
  19. You are better than me I'm split-screening this with Bills/Dolphins and then I've got NFL RedZone on my laptop I love the Panthers, I do. But I love football and why would I want to watch a product I just know is going to be terrible?
