I am going to be jealous of whoever lands Gibbs. I think he's beyond special.

Interested to see how much the crew matches their goo-goo gaga from yesterday.

I though we’re talking about being a dick. A—holes are a different ballpark all together.

Panthers to Send 11 Representatives to Ohio St Pro Day

I heard heaven called the day CJ was born. Apparently an angel went missing, its spirit apparently escaped into Stroud's soul. -

I heard they got some hair fragments after their dinner last night and are splicing him and Bryce. Combined with age accelerator and some Tepper owned machines circa Arnold/6th Day, BJ Stroung is coming to a BofA near you. -

Give me finesse and accuracy all day, every day. -

And historically, being the Brady Quinn of the draft class isn't always a good thing. Ripped bricks have not historically translated at QB. -

Caldwell's face when Tepper comes in for the hug "You're blowing our cover Dave!" -

I'm imagining another GM with the Ghostface audio filter "Who's your favorite quarterback or I'll cut you! Wait never mind, I see Josh & Frank's reaction, we know" -

It will be very fun to compare this to Bryce tomorrow. The only time I've seen Frank smile like THAT so far was laughing at David Newton's questions. That's a high mark. The time wasters this time of year are just *chef's kiss -

The way that CJ is always putting his faith out in front is an instant hard-on for Reich. Factor in that he aligns with pretty much every measurable Reich's tendencies at QB have shown, it's hard to think he's not the one. Accuracy, Arm, Alpha, Appaloosa. I'm going to have to see some similar gushing on their end tomorrow for Bryce to really be sold on them having convictions with multiple guys. They're excitement for Stroud was not well contained lol. -

CJ should consider losing the Ivan Ooze situation below the boca, but otherwise, I'm sold. -

Nice. Seemed like a solid all around solid session; nothing too splashy. I like not needing to see some "extra" or viral come out of it, other than our staff gushing over him lol. Contain your excitement Josh! -
Bears would have accepted Moore, Burns or Brown.

I'm actually fine it was DJ. People may pan not trading Burns, whatever, but a plus-starter on the defensive front is critical to success. WRs can be more readily found. Not saying it's easy, nothing is easy to come by in this league.- 93 replies

I probably phrased that wrong. If they view them equally and can't see discernible reasons why one is above the other, and Houston comes calling with pick 33, heck or even 65, you're still getting your guy and netting another top pick. That huge value back. Not saying that's the reality but it's possible.

I feel that Fitterer gives off a much more "I can negotiate with this guy" feel than some of the other GMs around the league. I sense he's the type that can gain leverage and get a favorable deal without the other side knowing yet. Poles is young, inexperienced, there's going to be speedbumps in Chicago. Them getting DJ Moore and a few future picks doesn't help as much as they think. Herbert, Foreman, DJ, Mooney, Claypool is above avg on paper, but could unravel very quick, especially if the line doesn't hold up.

I almost feel like there's an oversell to the idea we're enamored with both Bryce and Stroud. And that information spreading around for what appears to be a super tightly shut collaborative team here is a tell in itself. The more we look like we could taking Bryce, the more worried Houston gets because their cat is out of the bag. I swear, if we turn this situation into landing a package and swapping with Houston, that will be some impressive work.
