J Person Athletic. 5 ways to fix Panthers

Honestly, as a collective, the huddle wouldve made better decisions than those in charge for over the past decade and a half. -

Exactly what I was thinking. Be more aggressive with a QB who has an arm with the strength of a wet noodle. -

This is what I want as well. Before Dalton went to crap, our offense looked completely different last year. Give me a QB with experience now so that we can properly evaluate our offense. Hell, maybe it would help make XL not look like a complete doofus.

More like pee-wee QB.

Im old enough to remember another #1 overall QB that had Amini, Chandler and Bell protecting him with receivers that would be bench riding on other teams starting for us, however was still able to flip the switch and be the man when we needed him to.

Don't do this to yourselves again folks
KillerKat replied to LinvilleGorge's topic in Carolina Panthers
A former #1 overall pick that you traded your future for should be able to put the team on his back despite the odds. Remember when we had a Chandler, Amini, and Bell line for Cam with 3rd/4th string WRs starting? -

Smith is a clown. -
Remember when everyone said we should upgrade C this offseason. Yeah Morgan is an idiot.

So, just what is it that makes a QB "elite"?
KillerKat replied to Brooklyn 3.0's topic in Carolina Panthers
Its simple. Elite QBs can put the team on their back consistently. -
Id say its hard to evaluate anyone on offense with Bryce at QB. Everyone takes a hit not only performance wise, but mentally as well. With that said, I wouldve never drafted him with just 1 good season out of 5 in college. As time passes, Dan Morgan is looking more and more like Fitt 2.0.

His decisions to cut Renfrow and then sign him back to start him and then to have Yosh start at LT when Ikem was out should be enough to put him on the hot seat. That just shows incompetence.
-
What makes me sick is I could just look at him before we drafted him and could tell he was going to bust. After we selected him, I had a strong feeling we were doomed for the next 5 years at least. We couldve selected Stroud or just stayed where we were and then drafted Daniels the following year. We chose the worst out of our options.

I would like to see what our offense can do with a competent QB. Just trotting Bryce out there only to throw interceptions isnt helping anyone.

Official Week 2: Panthers @ Cardinals Gameday Thread
KillerKat replied to Super Grateful's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah this and then cutting Renfrow, only to bring him back as a starter is only further confirmation that we need to clean house after the season. Only poverty, clown franchises do that.
