Damn. CJ was sacked 6 times. Not surprising, considering their o-line injuries. 103.5 rating. 3 different receivers with 6 or more receptions, each with over 70 yards. Can you imagine if they had a running game? Pierce averaged 2.1 yards a carry. Singletary 3.5. Second week in a row. I'm not sure Singletary isn't my started RB next week if I'm Houston. Anyway, good job by CJ. Small steps. Hopefully, Bryce has a great one tomorrow. I think he will.

He played against a top D last week and though no TD's looked good. With a depleted O-line. Just stop it.

Well I was a CJ guy all the way, but I think Bryce will be fine. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we did have more 1st downs and higher time of possession last week, didn't we? The turnovers were killers, but he's a smart player so I think he'll learn quickly.

With experience, I feel like Mays will be great. Keep in mind after we drafted him, we knew Austin Corbett was gonna be one of the guards and had a good idea Christensen was switching to the other. So Mays was fairly limited his rookie year. He'll probably make some mistakes (we know Ickey sure did early on), but with patience I think he'll succeed.
