  1. Both those teams are loaded with WR's and the defenses have poor secondary's. I can see why they chose to throw.
  2. I get what you are saying but I don't think you can judge a draft on who you didn't draft. Far too many variables to consider to even give that a fair evaluation. Fields for example might bust for the Bears but might have been a stud for us. Or vise versa. And you can make that argument for literally EVERY player in the draft.
  3. ... cause you know we keep talking about how we passed on Tom Brady right? fuging idiots in management!!! move on dude or get a job in the league
  4. As the title says, who guy buried in the depth chart are you excited for this year? Offence Tommy Tremble: Can he be the guy we all want him to be? That melt your facemask off blocking and vertical threat TE? Chuba Hubbard: Can he be good enough to take meaningful snaps and spell CMC? Defense YGM: Can he sneak into the the starting spot. He has flashes... Keith Tayor: Big bodied CB that can run.. if he can be solid we have a very good and young secondary.
  5. Looking at the facts... your account in MONTHS old.. @kungfoodude account on the other hand is over a decade old..
  6. Yeah my buddy has a pretty cool opportunity to interview these guys. I mean I know these are all pretty standard answers but still pretty cool
  7. JEREMY_CMC_INT.mp4 Google drive link to video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DXVuzdnxa4AeNyh-JhBDLKjZvbobgyG1/view?usp=sharing JEREMY_CMC_INT.mp4
  8. Well....I suppose I asked for this. A FEW decent questions in here... Let's see what happens
  9. As the title says, my buddy is interviewing CMC tomorrow and is looking for question ideas. Send me what you got. I'll link to the interview when it's posted.
  10. Tepper has built one of the top front offices in the league. Feels good.
  11. You have clearly watched more preseason than me. So substitute PJ for Will... doesnt matter, the point remains, if we can get trade value take it. We live or die with Sam.
  12. PJ is by far our best back up right now. That being said, TRADE HIM. We are sink or swim with Sam. If Sam goes down due to injury, I want a top draft pick.
  13. Some of you guys are the oline guru's but from what I could see it appeared we are better at run blocking than pass blocking. If you had to pick a strength of this oline (I know I know..) what would it be and do you see JB playing towards that strength?
  14. Yeah thats true as well. We need Darnold to succeed and the best way to do that is to give him playmakers. I think we are in a good position to see if he is the guy.
  15. Given the amount of high quality WR's coming out of college each year, you could make the case that paying top of the market for a WR is a misuse of resources.
  16. haha I think that's the exception. Like I said there is good strategy to do the deal, but we REALLY need to make the right decision
  17. ... might not be a popular take but it might be easier finding a player with DJ's skillset in the draft than someone with Anderson's. That said, a 2 year deal is hardly a roster breaking contract by any means.
  18. I would absolutely risk that last year. I think it would be foolish to sign him long term after this year no matter how well he does. His career to so far been really bad. He needs to ball out then we can give him big money after his second with us. If we cannot agree to a number we can tag him twice. There is strategy to sign him long after this year for a below market contract if he has a good year. But his NFL lows have been so low that I would hate to see us gamble and fail in such a critical position. We gambled with this last year with Teddy, I would hate to see us do that again.
  19. Even if Darnold DOES work out, he's not getting top of the market money. No where close. Darnold needs to show 2+ seasons of high level play to get a big contract. This is why he is a low risk high upside signing.
