  1. Are you trying to rib folks? I don’t want to assume.
  2. Yeah, Stroud has been playing as well as any rookie QB ever so of coarse some streaks and records are getting smashed.
  3. You can trade Burns for picks, or WR help and a pick, fire Scott in the offseason and let the new GM make the pick.
  4. I feel like this is part of the reason you trade Burns. We are next to last stopping the run and he’s a huge part of that. If he’s not going to be a game wrecker in the pass rush ( and he isn’t on that level yet ) then it doesn’t make up for how poor he is against the run.
  5. I hope that’s not true because I am predicting our first win of the season!
  6. Correct. Going into this season nobody was viewing the Texans weapons as a plus. Most folks thought they had something in Pierce and that was really it. AT+Chark+Sanders, Pittman+Pierce+Taylor were both viewed as significantly better than …Collins, Pierce and Woods. And if you go read any Texans page a whole load of them are STILL pushing the idea they need another WR in round 1. The Texans top 2 accounted for 90 catches, 1008 yards and 4 TDs last year between Nico Collins and Robert Woods ( their 1 and 2 going into this season ). The Colts top 2 accounted for 140 catches, 1518 yards and 6 TDs between Alec Pierce and Michael Pittman. The Panthers top 2 accounted for 100 catches, 1218 yards and 9 TDs in AT and DJ Chark last year. Heck, AT’s 6 TDs alone matches the other two teams top 2 guys when you combine them. You have to give Stroud credit for what they have done on offense so far especially with the entire offensive line being hurt and no run game. It’s ok to be high on Bryce and recognize Stroud is currently outplaying almost every rookie QB in recent times.
  7. And a lot of times the better QB doesn’t win…
  8. If this were true the Chargers would have a significantly better record year in and year out.
  9. I look at it like he’s due for a dud.
  10. You have to open the link in browser, not the app and make sure the URL is twitter and not X
  11. For sure the DB could have made a better play but proper coaching doesn’t even put him in that position to begin with.
  12. Bosa vs Burns isn’t even a debate. Burns has been more durable and that’s it. Bosa is a better rusher. He’s better against the run. Doesn’t require as much assistance to make a tackle and has sacked the QB more ( finishing plays ) than Burns despite 12 less games. Burns has gotten ten sacks once. Bosa went over 15 twice.
  13. We can’t even get our second rounders to sniff that number.
  14. Honestly it was just a terrible call. If they play deep zone the best that could happen is a completed pass that runs them out of time for a field goal. What he called was the only way the Vikings would have even scored. The call shouldn’t be defended. Media, analysts, their own head coach questioned it. I don’t know why anyone here would defend it other than just trying to defend Wilks.
  15. This is so low it’s wild. But I watched the game and the eye test confirmed what the stats say. Dink and dunk and screen outside of 4 passes. Even the runs were up the gut so much. The Raiders suck lol.
  16. I wish I could attend to pick one up. These are relevant every other year typically anyway.
  17. What did we offer him? He settled for just two million dollars a season for 2 years. Nobody else threw him crazy money or crazy years.
  18. Foreman had an offer from us. He decided to move on.
  19. I mean he only got 2 million a year for 2 years. How much lower could we have offered?
  20. Theilen gets 2 yards of separation on average per his routes run. That’s plenty open to make an accurate throw.
  21. They needed like 30 yards to get into game winning field goal range and Love throws a deep INT
