So does this mean our offensive coordinator was actually really good but just lacked skill players? Bryce young held him back? A great d coordinator finds ways of creating pressure. With all that said not alot of teams passed alot against the panthers b/c if they scored a td they could just run the ball and the clock the rest of the game b/c the offense was terrible. Not alot of obvious passing situations that would allow the defense to bring the pressure

Having an offense this terrible lets the defense look alot better than it really is. Teams can sit on a small lead and play it conservatively b/c they know no chance the panthers score. I look at it as more everytime the panthers terrible offense actually put up decent points the defense still allowed the opposing offense to put up more .

I would go with 2023 b/c the team seemed to get worse as the year went on.

Sounds like my kids making an excuse on why they couldnt behave like adults and be responsible for their own actions and control their emotions. If Tepper wants to start throwing drinks on every fan that says something to offend him he better start just soaking the entire panther stadium every week b/c not sure many fans are talking positively about him anymore.

I just read harbaugh was 44 19 1 in the nfl and has a career coaching record of 161 65 1 . I dont think he would come here but thats pretty impressive.

Agree completly. A decent qb and the games play out totally different. We have all played football at some level when the qb is this terrible it effects everyone even the coaches realize it with the play calling run run run run desperation play have bryce pass and hold your breath and pray for a miracle

Its official bryce younf is in the record books lowest ypa in nfl history for a qb. I would hope they at least bring in some competitive for him but oh well if he starts all next year at least we get the number 1 overall and of course the bears get 33 overall

Exactly I hate when people talk about the texans being stacked without actually looking at the roster of the team. The panthers have way better recieving options than the texans similiar oline and similiar rbs. A better qb makes everyone around him better and a worse qb makes everyone worse hold the ball too long throw innaccurate week passes and the oline will suck and the recievers will suck. To some people it will never be bryce the coach killer

Stroud has worse wrs similiar oline and rb and worse defense and is playoff bound. If he had been the pic we easily make the playoffs and reich is coach of the year.

Bryce yelling at the linemen to hold there blocks longer he only needs 10 seconds per dropback and a completely open pocket to make an ok throw. lol

Question for all the Bryce backers at what point should we say Bryce is a bust? I just wonder how bad does he have to be and for how long before its his fault and not the rest of the team/coaching staff/owner holding him back from his greatness?

I cant understand the Bryce defenders. He hasnt been a lifelong panther that should have alot of fan sentiment like Cam. He was a First overall pick that was a reach and appears to be a massive miss. Unless someone is a huge alabama fan there is no reason to look at him with so much loyalty. Your point about our past garbage qbs making plays is dead on the money basically any qb starter or backup in the nfl could have played and showed as much as Bryce has this season.

has a terrible throwing motion and a very low release. May be great in the pros but with injury history and all would be more comfortable if he slid to our later picks

Bryce was amazing yesterday that win is totally on him. Threw some cannons with 80mph winds and 10 inches of rain all during the game against the steal curtain defense of the falcons. He kinda reminded me of like a Tom Brady fused with Cam and Peyton Manning..........Seriously was a much better game for him compared to his normal so that was positive but he didnt throw a TD and he didnt pass for more than 200 yards. That sideline grab was an amazing catch maybe he should throw more to him. He almost lost a fumble but he recovered it. It was a game where he played better than normal but to suddenly act like he played amazing is a stretch.

Ridder deserved the panthers game ball lol. But would say defense as a whole 9 points will not win many games but today it did.

I dont think Young is as bad as Clausen but they are not far apart at the moment hopefully he improves. The year Clausen played most of the games for the panthers at qb steve smith have 46 catches for 554yards played in 14 games if Clausen would have been the only QB Steve Smith would have played with his career would have been terrible. Not saying we have a Steve Smith type WR on the team now but its hard to know what they could be doing with a better QB. The one game Dalton started the stats were just vastlydifferent but it is one game but thats all we have to go off of.

I wish someone on here knew some of the players in real life to get their real opinions on him. Wouldnt want names of players but would be interesting to know if the entire team has the same opinion most fans have of BY
