    I honestly don't disagree. This is an offensive driven league and we've spent two years building on defense while trying to put a patchwork offense together dumpster diving for QBs and OL. That has yielded predictable results. This isn't the 1980s anymore. You gotta be able to out up points to win week in and week out in today's NFL. I'm just not sure we get that.

    I was against the trade compensation. We gave up way too much for Darnold out of desperation while bidding against ourselves.

    I'm not ready for PJ, but I'm ready to call the Eagles and see if they'd take a one round upgrade for Minshew. They traded a 6th for him. Could we get him if we offered you a 5th?

    The offense would've looked a lot better if receivers were catching the ball. Every pass play is designed to get the ball out quickly because bad things tend to happen when Darnold has time.

    The staff needs to tell him it's okay if he gets an occasional roughing call. It looks to me like he's afraid to hit the QB wary of drawing a flag. Hell, I don't know.

    If you fire Joe Brady while giving him no OL and only Bridgewater and Darnold at QB, I'm not even sure if Mike Shula would take the job. Top candidates are gonna elect to take other jobs instead.

    A little bit of both, honestly. Darnold was pretty bad and the receivers were even worse. Overall, just trash offensive execution. I was kinda hard on Brady last week for just shirking all blame and putting it all on player execution, but he'd be right to do it this week. That was not play worthy of NFL paychecks. Not even close to it.
