Pretty much. We just gave up 40 points to a team playing a backup QB. You can't tell me there aren't better players available than the ones we have.

On the one hand, it's definitely hard to see us winning another game since we do appear to be the worst team in the league by a wide margin. On the other hand, evidently the Panthers only exist to steal joy from it's fanbase so it's completely conceivable we'll somehow win a couple of games at some point just to keep us from getting #1.

Before I moved to CO I worked for Sprint-Nextel with NASCAR accounts. I was a great fit because not being a NASCAR fan I didn't get starstruck by these folks and unless you were a massive star I had no clue who you were and no prior opinion of you. But anyway, my point is that I heard a lot of stuff about a lot of people and had a lot of personal interactions and one thing I can say is that I can't ever recall hearing anyone say a bad word about Dale Jr... or a positive word about his stepmom. LOL

Yeah, I honestly can't see any team trading anything for Bryce. The risk to playing him is less about Bryce's trade value and more about signaling to the locker room that you've given up and waved the white flag. Which honestly isn't THAT big of a deal because these guys are dumb. They've been playing football their entire lives. They know this team is cooked. Where you have a specific issue is the offensive skill position players, particularly the receivers. They're gonna be pissed and get very frustrated very quickly if you go back to Bryce.

Sam seems like a legit good dude but I don't see him ever leading a team that's contends for a SB but hell, I'm kinda rooting for him to prove me wrong just because I know it would chap Tepper's ass and further embarrass him. LOL

Sure. Before we drafted Peppers I just had casual interest in the Panthers as the local team. They'd never really given me a reason to become a true fan. Then they drafted Julius Peppers. Before that I was just a general NFL fan and would just watch the best game on at the time. I had favorite players more so than favorite teams. Been trending more and more that direction. I've probably missed a third or more of our games for the past 3-4 years. I watched the Chiefs vs. Niners yesterday during our time slot. That was much more enjoyable than watching us get our ass kicked by a team playing a backup QB that looked as bad as we did last year. All this talk about not being able to turn things around quickly is just nonsense. It's been done time and time again. You just can't turn things around quickly when the organization is ran by a megalomaniac football moron.

Yeah, his tape is considerably worse than Richardson's. Richardson to me looked like a slightly less erratic version of Josh Allen in college while playing against a considerably higher level of competition. It's tough to understate how bad the Florida receivers were. Every game you turn on was drop city. If you're drafting them off of just sheer raw physical talent, Richardson ranks considerably higher than Milroe there too. Pure raw talent, Allen, Richardson, and Lamar Jackson honestly are head and shoulders above the rest of the pack post-Cam. Yeah, even Mahomes. That dude is a damn magician. His running success doesn't come from raw ability the guy just seems to have a damn fifth sense about how set defenders up to get by then either with pump fakes or little jukes that look like some middle school player. It doesn't make any sense to me but damn it it works every single week so there's obviously something to it. LOL

I think it's $10 at my high school. But like they say, you get what you pay for. LOL
