Tennessee just got a massive gift. If they can finish out the season with one loss they could be looking at a playoff berth without even playing in the SEC CG just like Bama got a few years back when they lost to Auburn for the right to go to the championship game, Auburn lost that game and then Bama completely unrighteously leap frogged them to go to the playoffs. God I hope Tennessee loses another game. Oh lord... they play Missouri, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt to finish the year. They're playoff bound.

Hero it is. LSU wins.
-
This is a hero or a zero call right here. Brian Kelly is a hero if they convert this but he looks like a desperate moron if they fail.
-
Bama had to fight tooth and nail to get into the endzone. Daniels moonwalks into the endzone on the 1st snap. Oh snap... they're going for two right now. all or nothing.
-
It honestly won't shock me if Tennessee sticks at #5 over TCU.
-
I agree with that call. No way you can say for sure that ball was tipped. If it was, it wasn't enough to matter.
-
I don't see how you can argue that ball was definitively tipped.
-
Not sure which play you're referring too. They were definitely playing prevent while they let Bama get into FG range.
-
Looks like we're heading to OT. But there's still 21 seconds and LSU has a couple of timeouts. Do they have the guts to try to do something here?
-
LSU playing prevent. Young missed one layup to get into FG range but didn't miss the second one. I really don't understand why teams lose their nerve and start playing not to lose. It's almost like the pendulum sways to favor the team forced to try to play to win.
-
That was a beautiful pitch and catch from LSU in a big time situation. Hats off.
-
Alright Bruce Young, whatchu got? LSU just floored you with a haymaker. Can you get off the mat?
-
I'm 40 and I still barely remember Nebraska being relevant. If you're a HS recruit outside of the corn belt you'd probably be legit shocked to find out that Nebraska was once decent at football.
-
People are gonna salivate over that Bryce Young play but that was just a combination of trash tackling and a wide ass open WR. It was a lot more bad defensive execution than it was good offense.
-
I agree. Like I said, not sure I'd bet on anyone ever making that type of leap again. Might wanna go back and watch some Brett Favre games though. Just saying.
-
No one who isn't a blue hair still considers Nebraska a blue blood program.
-
I honestly feel the same. I think he's a really good prospect. I don't think he's the type of prospect you pass on QBs or a massive haul of picks to draft though. I think I'm leaning hard toward the trade down direction of the opportunity presents itself.
-
I'm not opposed to trading out of that spot and amassing stupid draft capital unless you're certain Anderson is a sure fire HOFer.
-
I don't disagree. I'm just saying Josh Allen looked the exact same and look at him now. I've said repeatedly that I've never seen any QB develop as much as a pure passer as Josh Allen has in the NFL. I can't even think of a remotely close second.
-
In other news, Miami really sucks and Tyler Van Dyke has gone from 1st round pick to undraftable.
-
Josh Allen was a big armed athlete in college. He was wildly inaccurate. They're the same guy to my eyes and I watched quite a few of Allen's games at Wyoming living in CO at the time. They were always on TV for me.
-
Neither was Josh Allen.
-
I still think Richardson is the most talented of the draft eligible QBs. I just don't know that I'm willing to bet on him making a Josh Allen type leap. That seems like asking lightning to strike twice. But honestly they look virtually identical to me as college QBs.
-
SEC refs just manufactured a TD for Bama.
