Clear no catch

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we move up to like 5 before the draft and then up to 1 on draft night like what the Eagles did.
-
If Burns is traded, it’ll be part of a package to move up for a QB, and only then if it’s the only way the deal will be sealed. He’s too important and good to just trade for picks, as they’ve already shown.

I don’t think there’s really any competition. Even if Reich is meh, it’s still the best group we’ve ever had
-
Definitely ahead of Hooker. Corral could hit the broad side of a barn.
-
I’m in the same boat. I don’t think he was the worst. The way he was able to adjust to Wilks’ preference toward the run game was pretty well done. He’s not terrible, but not who I want at OC. Pretty much the same as how I feel about Wilks.
-
Uh I’m pretty sure we all knew that. Saw something on social media announcing this a couple hours ago and I thought it was odd coming out as “news”.
-
A lot of people around here seem to think a hole is a position you don’t have an all pro at. We don’t have many holes. Other than QB you could argue TE, LB and maybe DE2. We could use another explosive WR and some depth in the secondary, but those are hardly holes.

I don’t think we’ll find a better backup in FA and Darnold seems like a good dude, so it really just comes down to cap space. Whatever equivalent QB we can sign for the cheapest is who I prefer.

I don’t like anyone outside the top 4. I’d rather just roll with Corral unless someone like Dugan or Hooker falls to the 6th or 7th. Those are throwaway rounds anyway, wouldn’t hurt to take a chance. If we don’t get a top four QB then this draft will have been a fail.
-
Honestly that’s being generous if his tenures in Carolina are any indicator. Still, wish him the best and hope he’s successful except when they play us.
-
Good luck to him, I wish him the best.

I’d have to disagree. We never in three years (to my recollection) got embarrassed like we did THRICE under Wilks: Bengals, Steelers, Bucs the second time. Stats can be manipulated to push whatever narrative you want, but the stench of those three games was undeniable.

There were some other testy twitter exchanges between him and a fan too. Dumbass fan whining about Shaq not being at Reich’s intro presser.

bP's NEW Video - Panthers Defensive Highlights
JawnyBlaze replied to bLACKpANTHER's topic in Carolina Panthers
Great video, love all those Burns run defense plays. Our D is going to be nasty this year. The only real missing piece is a true NT, but we have a guy or two that might be serviceable there. Brown could also do it but that might not be the best use of him. -
So much for the old “guys only want to work with their buddies” myth that gets floated around here so often

Steve Smith on the Wilks vs Reich debate

Ok buddy. -
And our defensive players.

It’s not because he was interviewing for HC, it’s because he actually was briefly the HC. You can’t have the guy the team was previously taking orders from drop down the chain of command. It causes potential conflict. This does absolutely nothing for any possible claim of wrongdoing.
