PFT ARTICLE: The Panthers slide squarely into tank mode
Jon Snow replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
This was a fair trade. The Panthers were wasting his career on a failing team that has to rebuild, again. By the time we will be competitive again Christensen will be in decline. If you are a CMC fan you should be happy to see if he can advance his career on a better team. It is what it is. -
I cannot wait to see this. It will be hilarious .

Oh I'm sure a few of them have. It would not surprise me to see either DJ or Burns or both come up as trade rumors again.

Hell, try to trade them for a box lunch at least. -
So I guess he did ask for a trade after all.

A must watch for any Panthers fan.

That is what makes his rant so funny. He was doing everything he could to not drop a curse word. I thought that he might have a stroke trying to keep it together. Just imagine if he could've let loose. But I was so happy we put his ass out to pasture.

Just in case it wasn't clear.

Thus why it is cheaper with hookers.

Now that Robbie is gone, who is (or who should be) our #2 receiver?
Jon Snow replied to SCO96's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well then we've not lost anything. We've not had a successful pass over 10 yards all season. -
It's the best value for the money. It's so much cheaper by the hour.

It's a valid concern. So much so that I personally would not take him 1st overall as it stands right now. I just think there are a couple of prospects out there that could be a shot at qb long term. I'm waiting a while before I say he's probably going to be our best shot.

You have to have both. At this level it a symbiotic relationship between the two. At this level the two are together much longer than at the college level so that relationship is a key component to sustainable success. You have to get them both right, starting with a coach that knows an nfl qb when he sees one.
