Personally I would just let him finish out the season to insure a better draft position for the next staff. Doesn't really matter who takes over because they at best would manage an extra win or two. That's not changing anything for the better long term. Just tough it out and start over again next year. I hope Tepper has already got Fitterer and Morgan looking for the next head coach.

I wish it did end today. I'm not sure I can endure the embarrassment we have in-store in the next 13 games.

For me it was over when Marty Hurney hired Matt Rhule. That's the moment I lost hope all together. Thought my overall view could be over stated a bit the first season so I held out a faint glimmer. Then the Sam Darnold trade and extension happens. I was out then and there. Bringing in Baker did not change that one iota. So I'm not surprised we find ourselves here. I'm a little shocked it is this embarrassing however.

No. Enough of this qb reclamation project bullshit. Just start drafting them dammit.

I've been in this mode for a very long time. I stopped getting upset a long time ago. Now all I can do is laugh until I cry. But this level of suckage is beyond funny. It's just plain sad now.

I thought that before the season started. But now getting 5 wins seems to much to expect from this team.

We will on the next drive I just feel it...or it's gas. It's hard to tell the difference anymore.

What can I do but watch another season of predictable outcomes as Rhule struggles to figure out this football thing.

I take no pleasure in getting this one right. I was praying that it would play out differently. But here we are, right where i thought we would be. Now its going to be a back and forth rotation between Sam and Baker as each flounder around out there until the season is over.

Not yet but give it time. 2010 holds the record at the moment. This without a doubt the worst gathering of coaches we've had though. It gives Seifert a run for the title of king turd.

I cannot see how a new group could not use him as they do not have anyone to start the group with except him. But they could always bring their own version of PJ along with them.

No he's not a better option. He just helps us lose in different ways. He will get benched in a game or two for PJ.

He will have to learn a new offense next year just like whoever is drafted. He will have to hope the new coaching staff will give him a chance to compete for a roster spot.

They managed to tire out our defense by leaving them on the field the entire second half. There's that.

I have to disagree with you there. Granted the calls are not helping, the qb play is 75% of the disfunction with this offense.

Would not surprise me if Rhule didn't start Baker sooner than he wanted to out of pressure from the fanbase more than anything. It never made sense to me for them to get Baker in the first place. He wasn't going to change the trajectory of this team this season.
