The draft is going to be crucial to this team. There's been too many draft picks wasted on chasing unicorns thinking what they had could compete with the best teams in the league. Tepper is going to have to let someone build this team from the ground up and tune out the fan noise. And most of all stay away from the team until game day.

I think that is what Tepper did with this hire. He's thinking he's getting in ahead of everyone else before Canales can build a better resume somewhere else.

No. It would be a waste of cap space. This team is not 1 WR away from the playoffs. You need you get your mind right about this team dude. You don't throw money at high priced free agents thinking you are ready to compete when you are the worst team in the league.

This team needs to realize that it's not ready to compete right now. It's clearly obvious from their record over damn near a decade. They will have to draft their way out of this and stop throwing money away on free agent players thinking you are on your way to the playoffs. But nobody has the stomach or the patience for that. Because what we've endured since Tepper took over is somehow better? I cannot wrap my head around that.

As long as The Teppers are calling the shots, yes. Have a seat my friend and let's see how this drama ends. It appears it's going to be a long one.
