  1. I call it like I see it. I have no vested interest in any of these draft picks. I'm only interested in who our coach will be going forward. I'll concern myself with the direction of the team after that. Right now it's just fun watching these kids audition for the big leagues. I've been focusing on a lot of different players at different positions trying to determine draft rankings mostly.
  2. Calm down I didn't say he was garbage. He has skills that you could work with at the next level. He's a project from what little I've seen of him but all of these qb's are.
  3. I wasn't talking about the last drive. I was talking about the entire game as a whole.
  4. That was a terrible drive by Florida. Richardson looked meh.
  5. That was the craziest ending to a game that I've seen in a long time.
  6. That Milton kid from Baylor can cover.
  7. I think if the refs hadn't help TCU stay in the game in the first half Baylor would be beating the brakes off TCU. Even with the dumb refs interfering.
  8. I think I'm sticking with that game. It's the best one so far.
  9. I've bounced back and forth trying to find a game worth watching. Every time I check in that game TCU got the benefit of some horrible calls against Baylor. The second half has been the opposite what little I've seen. Summation, it's a horribly called game.
  10. Looks to me like they are playing against the refs as well. They've gotten burned by horrible calls in that game.
  11. I get that. By why get so upset over a differing opinion?
  12. The Jimmy's are rustled in here. You guys get triggered so easily about anything.
  13. Judging by who started the season at center I'm not sure Rhule should get credit for that gift. I'm getting the sense there were differences of opinions on quite a few decisions Rhule made. I guess we will see now that Fitterer has control and Wilks can make roster decisions.
  14. That seems to be the jist of it so far.
  15. If it's one or the other it's HC 100/100 times. A great coach can identify potential pro qb's and build a solid team.
  16. Getting the HC right is the most important. Without that you cannot expect to go anywhere regardless of how good your qb is. It's not either/or, you need both to win consistently.
  17. It is. It comes from experience in the nfl and working under a great teacher. It's also getting your team to believe in what you are doing and each other. Not every great coordinator can pull all of that together and lead a group of men to win every year. Especially since half the team is new players every year.
  18. I'm talking scale. Fake bravado is as bad as fake virtue.
  19. It the old school approach. It still works if you can run the ball and have a good defense. Get a decent game manager and you can win a lot of games if you stay healthy.
  20. Well I wouldn't call Tannerhill borderline anything but average myself but my standards may be skewed a bit. The Titans run an old school ground and pound conservative offense. It's centered around the run game and a game manager qb. Its the very conservative style approach that everyone says is antiquated.
  21. Obviously not or I wouldn't be asking. Their defense looks decent but the offense seems to be all Henry.
